    We went to a party last weekend, and I was a Sheriff's deputy, and J was a convict. My dress was so tight, I had sore abs in the morning from keeping them contracted all night. Does that count as a workout?

    Before I got engaged, I thought I'd let people try my ring on. Now that I have it, no one else touches it. I get annoyed when people ask to look at it and then touch the stone.

    I think at least cocktails on Saturday evening is a really good idea. It'll be nice for your guests to have an opportunity to get to know each other before the wedding. We're having a very casual buffet dinner the night before, just to welcome everyone to town and spend some time with our friends.

    May 15, 2010 at the ZLAC Rowing Club on Mission Bay, in San Diego. We've chosen caterers for the welcome dinner and the wedding reception, we have the design for STDs and invitations (thanks, Becks!!), met with the florist yesterday, and bought the dress two days ago. We've also confirmed our officiant, who is my Godfather.

    My sister had it done last month and her hair looks great. We both did the Japanese straightening a few years ago, and I was going to do that again, but after seeing how great her hair looks now, I'm doing the Keratin. My hair isn't quite where I want it length-wise, so I'm going to wait a few more months before I get it done.

    He surprised me with a massage appointment today! Last night, he told me to be ready for a surprise around 11:30 this morning. Sure enough, at 11:30 today I got a text message letting me know that I had an appointment at 12:45. The girls at the spa were expecting me, and they all think he's such a sweetheart, just from the phone conversation when he called to make the appointment. They're right - he certainly is!

    Sorry to hear that! Are you having your wedding and ceremony on Catalina, and then staying there? What have you already committed to/paid for?

    This is such a great idea. My fiance's parents are both deceased, so I might order two and have a photo of each on my bouquet. My fiance is a big softy, though, and I don't want to start the waterworks too early in the day when he sees them.

    1 hour kickboxing class followed by 1 hour pilates/yoga. I took the weekend off, so I had to double up today.

    I just moved to Houston, and I am in the process of moving in to my new apartment. I don't have a vacuum cleaner, and the movers got the carpet pretty dirty. I spent the night with J last night, and this morning I asked him to put out the vacuum for me so I could take it to my place. When I got in the car to go to the gym, I saw that he put it in the car for me. Just a little thing, but he takes such good care of me!

    1 hour stregth training class, and I'm going to spend the rest of the afternoon unpacking boxes in my new apartment. Does anyone do Zumba? I went for the first time last week, and I can't wait to go again tomorrow morning.

    I could talk about my wedding all day, and I can't believe everyone else doesn't want to, too! I was waiting while my car got inspected this morning, and I was reading "In Style Weddings", and I really wanted the lady sitting across from me to ask if I'm getting married. My wedding is 8 months away and I'm afraid I'm going to drive my friends crazy with all the wedding talk! Thank goodness for this site!
