    lisa,i cant believe they have,nt got back to you. it is soo rood if nothing else.if it is any help just think they do this everyday and they do know what they are doing and so far we have,nt heard of any bad experiences so far.so i am sure everything will get sorted. paige2010,your not behind i think the first thing you do is order a dress @ 6mths,then invitations @ 3mths and everything else in between.

    i would first of all explain nicely how she has upset you and that you are frustrated and does she understand you are only 3 weeks away and you need to confirm everything then ask if you are asking questions that she can,t answer do you need to speak to someone else?
