Welcome back Brooke!!! Great pics! We drove by your resort around 2pm on your wedding day and I was totally thinking of you. You were so lucky to have such a beautiful day. You looked fab!!! I can't wait to see everyone elses pics. We should do a post like we did with the wedding dates with everyone's links to pics, because I keep going back trying to see who posted what... So far I think I have seen pics only from Alison, Susie (via Facebook), Timberley, Brooke... who else?? (not incl. people's signature pictures because there is Erica, Shell, Me lol...) I should post some, but I am waiting for the pro pics. I don't have very good non-pro ones at the moment because it was such a dark day.

oh, and my mom is awesome, she called me back yesterday after I was stressing over the darkness of my photos and she said she loves the clouds, that they are dramatic. lol Aren't moms just the best?

Thanks so much guys! I am starting to feel better. Whatever, it's not like I really care about his opinion, I just can't understand how someone could say something so rude! I suppose he expected the groomsmen etc... to be in suits. I had a strict NO SUITS policy, lol. I wanted to keep things real casual. I never thought I'd be soooo anxious to see my pro-pics. I hope they turn out how I dream so I can put these negative thoughts to rest, because the day of, it truly was perfect to me and the happiest day of my life.

Thanks guys. I think I have been over-analyzing everything since we got back. I have post-wedding depression, lol I remember that day, that moment, everything seemed so perfect... I don't know why in my head now it's different. Everything went by so fast. I wish I could re-live it. Slightly regretting not hiring a videographer.....

I just got back four days ago and it's all I can think of... lol I am hoping my obssessing subsides a bit after I find out that I am NOT pregnant next week. *Can already feel the beginning effects of PMS. I am not in a rush per se, but I'd like to be pregnant by May... I hope I don't stress each month that I am not pregnant... I am 35 and never felt like it would be an issue but now all of a sudden I am..... thank God for this board! We aren't actively trying (as in tracking temperatures etc...) but we are also not NOT trying. We decided to just let it happen when it's meant to... I hope I can adopt his laid-back take on the whole thing.

and he asked if that was just the rehearsal. Whats that supposed to mean??!! The pictures I have are not that great right now, as it was a cloudy day so unless you are a real good photographer the pictures came out darker than it actually was. I am desperate for my professional pics so I can feel good again about everything... Rehearsal. Meh. So I didn't spend thousands extra on flowers or anything. We kept it very simple. Now I am angry. Why are people so ignorant?

Amazing pictures. What an artist. You should be extremely happy to have such a beautiful memento.

Playa Azul is the best! I just got married there. It's so private and beautiful... loved it!

I think my hairdresser used a whole bottle on my head! LOL But I loved how it turned out. They are real pros. As for the makeup... keep in mind subtle does not show in pictures so that's why they make it heavier than you normally would wear. I certainly did not look like $2 hooker, but to each their own!

Hey guys- just wanted to let you know that Samuel shot our wedding on the 18th. He was awesome to work with, very professional and kind. I just wish there was more time to get to know him better! We don't have our pics yet but as soon as we do I'll share. I would definitely book him. Fantastic guy and his portfolio speaks for himself! All my guests really liked him a lot.

I just got back from my wedding at the Beach (I know not the Palace) but it's all the same staff that takes care of everything... let me just tell you that they work so hard for you when you are there that your wedding will be nothing short of perfect. Don't stress over lack of email communication like I did, because these guys are pros and everything gets sorted out in person. I had Gabriela and I can not do anything but praise her. I will post my review shortly, but if you have any specific questions PM me and I'll do everything I can to help you guys out. February was a really busy month for them, there were nothing but weddings constantly. Gabriela told me March is a little slower so maybe you'll hear more from them then, but keep in mind these girls work 6 days a week for over 12 hours a day most days. They live on the property, so give them a break. I was fortunate to have met all of them and no matter who you have you'll be well taken care of.

Hey guys... just got back tonight and I am exhausted but somehow managed to read through all the pages I missed while I was away! lol First off congrats to everyone!!!! Of the pictures I have seen so far you all were soooo beautiful! I don't really have any yet but I'll try to attach one to my signature. It was a great two weeks and such an awesome wedding. I can't wait to see my professional photos... I am so excited! but a little reluctant too because it's the last aspect of my wedding before everything is officially over. I was listening to our reception music on the plane and had a little cry, lol I have been finding it tough since the 18th... a year of planning with such a quick ending! but definitely an awesome one. I'll make a review tomorrow and post the link. I think it will be easier to get on with my new life now that I can't walk past the beach where I got married every day and choke up, haha *I am such a loser... (Oh and I like the idea of whoever gets preggers first starts the thread... I think we got off to a good start last week haha TMI!!)

Hey girls!!!!!! Still in Mexico until next Saturday but I just discovered yesterday that our partial upgrade to Club Premium gets us into a private room with top shelf aclohol and free internet! So this is going to be quick but I had to tell you how HAPPY I am and how perfect everything was! I didn´t have sun for my ceremony but I didn´t care!! It was so calm and beautiful and perfect in every way. I can´t to see my pics and share t hem with you all. OUr photographer was fantastic. We have a few very slight drops of rain during the ceremony and I hear if it rains on your wedding day you will be rich, LOL so my HUSBAND says we should be upper middle class then, haha I am a little blue that everything is over now and most of our guests left today... gotta go we are getting kicked out of the room.....

Hey girls! I leave tomorrow!!! I am starting to get excited now. It's been an unbelievably crazy/stressful week. I have had way too many drinks every night to ease my stresses that today I finally woke up with a HORRIBLE hangover. :s My boss let me leave work early today thank goodness, so now everything is done. FI is working on the reception music... almost done! Trying to relax now. I feel like when I get to Mexico I am going to sleep until the wedding! I think the only thing I am really worried about now is the weather. I know I know I shouldn't look, but I did! and they are calling for rain EVERYDAY. I hope it's wrong I hope it's wrong I hope it's wrong. Timberly- what can I say? I hope you are gone and if not... Sunday is all that matters. Your vacation may have been cut short but your life with Chris will be long and beautiful. xo Krista- omigod I loved your post! haha I totally know what you mean! I went off the pill in December 2008... so last spring I did some calculations and at that time I was supposed to get it the day after our wedding which would have meant major bloating, cramps and PMS on my wedding.... not to mention my entire honeymoon would have been ruined... anyway... so I stressed about this for months, MONTHS! To make a long story short it all worked out and I ended up in the last few months with a 26 day cycle... so I got it Wed. But the crappy thing about being off the pill is mother nature is here for 7 days! YUP 7 friggin days! Oh well... At least the painful bad days will be gone by Beach time. Talk about TMI!!!!! LOL love you guys! Ali- OMIGOD I loved your pictures!!! Sooooooo beautiful. Your wedding looked amazing and you were a gorgeous bride. Breens- my resort buddy!! LOVED LOVED your email yesterday. I am soooo sorry I never got a chance to reply, but work has been crazy... and last night I was off getting my nails done all pretty. Oh!! I go my something blue! I had them put a tiny blue flower on each big toe. Got it all now, my something borrowed (earrings) something blue (toes) something old (flowers for hair from FMIL vail) something new! (my dress, bra, shoes... necklace, you name it!). haha I emailed Gabriela today trying to book our mtg... so annoyed still but what can you do? Btw- did you read that review on the other board about the witnesses needing to be at your meeting. I emailed our witnesses today to give them a heads up to be available Monday morning. I'll be looking out for you, we'll definitely have to have a toast to our upcoming days! One of our groomsmen just showed up so I am going to go have a drink. Thanks for everything guys... My dad really wanted a George Michael song, but I have to find one that didn't have an inappropraite meaning. LOL I was considering his version of 'Feeling Good' but my FI vetoed it................. *pulling my hair out!!!
