ddk5576- I think now is still a good time to send out save the dates... then the real invites two to three months out. It's really up to you! Are you planning on using pro photos for the STD's? Or what was your original plan for the STD's? You could always just send a nice email too if you don't want to bother. ~Jaime

classadiva- how exciting! I didn't get the envelopes but I absolutely loved them... FI wanted to but I just couldn't justify putting a postcard in an envelope! I was thinking of maybe using them for the invitations but not sure what we are doing for the invitations yet. I got the smallest stamps from zazzle and stamps.com they are exactly the same size... so both too big. If you want the photo stamps maybe you could work something out with Ginger and maybe you can do an oversized postcard? or if you end up using the envelopes the size wouldn't be a problem! I looked for smaller personalized photo stamps but haven't had any luck. Let me know what you end up doing! ~Jaime

Thank you ladies! I just sent them out last week and we're already getting compliments! My Grandpa however wanted to know why I was sending my invites out a year in advance... had to explain the whole save the date concept to him. :-)
