30 minutes on the bike, 30 minutes on the stairmaster and some strength training... my FH got me a gym membership and i'm using it! WOO HOO!! It's about time I get back in shape!!

I got a call from them after a Bridal Expo and they told me the same thing!! Right off the bat I told them I wasn't interested and asked them how they got my information... they said I signed up to win at the Bridal Expo which is not true... I NEVER sign up for that stuff. It really upsets me that the Bridal Expo people gave my information to sooooo many companies. I received at least three phone calls a week from different vendors after the Bridal Expo and I'm still receiving emails everyday. Anyways, that's my rant... just had to get it off my chest. With that said I don't really know if it's legit! :-) Sorry

Well, I was originally thinking about going the passport route also... but they're so expensive! So I was just thinking of trying to DIY it :-) HOWEVER, I saw this booklet invite on a wedding blog and I am SO in love with them!! So I'm thinking I might try to replicate this instead. The couple did a booklet and the inside has a pocket like a library book where they put the RSVP card, the first page is like the formal invite and then the following pages tells the story of how they met, which was on a cruise ship... Pics: So my FI and I are doing a cruise wedding so I think it would be cool to, instead of telling the story of how we met like they did, having pages for each day of the cruise with info about the different ports kind of story book style like this invite. I would also love to some how coordinate it with the save the dates... so thats my vision!! Who knows if it will happen... but thats what I want damnit!! hahaha Jaime

Hi Karen- I'm sorry you have to deal with all of this so close to your wedding! How horrible. I think there are a few things you need to do before you make a decision... Do you have access to all of his accounts(bank accounts, credit cards)? You should really check the history of his accounts to make sure this isn't a current problem... also look at pay stubs from his job to make sure what is being deposited matches up. When was he planning on getting the 5k back to you for the wedding? Or was he just never going to tell you about the money? Jaime

Have you thought about a simple postcard? Or if it's at least a month or two after your wedding you could send out a wedding announcement/AHR invite all in one, using one of your wedding pictures. Like the front of the postcard could be one of your wedding pictures and it would say We're Married! then on the back you could say something like Please join us in celebrating our marriage...
