Are your friends and family going to join you on the cruise? And I guess I should say we lived together... he is in Iraq now :'-( I guess I feel like I'm still waiting for him to come home any minute!

Hello Ladies! I'm so excited... We booked our cruise!! We set sail on the Mexican Riviera from October 10-17, 2010. We also decided to get married at Las Caletas while in port at Puerto Vallarta. We have a plan! Woo Hoo!! Since we're going to be at sea for two days before we arrive in Puerto Vallarta we decided to have our bachelor and bachelorette parties while at sea the day before our wedding. Anyone else doing something like that? My FI called the casino for his bachelor party so I have to choose another location on ship... I don't even know what they have! I wanted to ask you all what your plans are leading up to your wedding... are you going to try to not see you FI's before the wedding?? We decided that we will stay in separate rooms leading up to the wedding... silly considering we live together now! but we just thought we should throw in a little tradition. Kathy! Is your wedding really in 3 days?! You must be so excited!!! ~Jaime~

Hi Sheeoni!! I don't know how long you want to cruise for... but Carnival has a 3-day cruise that departs out of Miami and arrives in Nassau, Bahamas at 10am and then doesn't depart until 7:30am the next morning. Hope that helps! Jaime

So I'm way out of shape and was thinking that training for a triathlon might be a good way to get back in shape. Plus I really just need to get out of the house with my FI gone in Iraq. Say 3 months from now... anyone want to join me? We can come here and talk about how our training is going... maybe even do an occasional group workout? I could even post workouts if you all wanted. Let me know what you all think! Jaime

Welcome Tanya and Congratulations on your engagement!! I've been to Jamaica a couple times and my favorite place is Negril... the beach is beautiful and it has a very laid back vibe. Most of the resorts are all-inclusive and have really cheap wedding packages. Happy Planning!

Mayan Goddess= #4 or #6... i'm leaning towards 6 at the moment just cause i think the pearly part on the bottom would tie in with a white wedding dress (if you're wearing white) and would look really nice and goddess like yet elegant and beautiful!! but I voted for 4 on the poll... hmmm so tough!
