  1. I love these! Did you just use hot glue and the larger bobby pins? Thanks for posting these:)
  2. Congrats on your engagement and welcome to the forum:) Be sure to check out the Azul thread...it has so many good posts!
  3. I think people text bad info because they don't have the b*lls to have the conversation in person, especially when the news will be disappointing. I'm sorry some of you girls have had difficulties with this and your attendees or bridal parties. I honestly think if I got one of those texts, I'd call the person up right away and deal with it on the spot. Texting just is too impersonal for such heavy subjects. The timing of this post is pretty ironic in my life because my MOH's boyfriend of 2 years just broke up with her....via text message!! the text was literally like 2 lines long. SERIOUSLY?!? And this man is a very successful neurosurgeon in his late 30's!! Apparently age and intellect have NOTHING to do with tact.
  4. cuddling: sundays on the couch
  5. Aimee you look SMOKIN'!! Great pics:) I especially love the red shoes and thigh highs pic. You looked very natural in your poses and relaxed...your FI will love them. That's fun that you snuck his Marines gear into the pics too. Thanks for sharing!
  6. I'm a surgeon, finishing up my last year and 2wks of residency! Yea for the light at the end of the tunnel!! I have joined a practice already & will specialize in breast surgery.
  7. I vote #2 for a DW because it looks more "beachy", but I am with the other girls in saying that you can't really go wrong with either. Skinny minnie:)
  8. I just read this thread...hope it answers your questions:) http://bestdestinationwedding.com/forum/t39752
  9. I think that's a great idea:) What a nice way to honor your mother's contribution to your life also!
  10. Great dress! I love the detail at the waist. Plus, the flowy style will look great in the water:) The VS dress will be so fun to throw on while you're in Jamaica too. Good picks!
  11. cup of coffee: Starbucks skinny latte
  12. been home: 2 minutes and I'm already on BDW
  13. I was just doing some reading online and saw an idea about having the bride and groom dance together to the deceased father's (or mother's for the mother/son dance) favorite song. I love this idea. It's a fitting tribute to those who have passed, yet isn't as sad as some because the newly married couple will be weathering it together:)
  14. will never do it: ride a motorcycle
