Hey ladies, I need your help. I want to order a Dessy bm dress--but feel the cost is way out of budget to ask my bridesmaids to pay. All the bridal boutiques that I have called have quoted $300+; however I found it online for $209—way more reasonable. I didn’t want the dress to be more than $200 (a good-quality dress that is). However, I am weary about this being a knock-off. Has anyone used this vendor? I called today and the rep confirmed that they are in fact an authorized dealer and these dresses and made and shipped right from Dessy ::scratches head:: Should I be concerned? I am all for the heels for the reception however if they don't work with your beautiful dress be sure to get you a sexy white teddy and some sexy HIGH satin heels to jumpstart the rest of your lives together at the end of the night You will only have them on for five minutes tops!

As someone else said--as long as they feel like they are included--I don't see what the problem is. $200 sounds reasonable. Maybe you can pay for their shoes, make-up OR hair or something. If you are ordering them from a boutique of sorts, maybe you can make the downpayment and they pay the balance.

Haha. I have never seen the show--but that's pretty funny. I figured I would give you ladies first dibs on the dress. I know it won't fit everyone; but im sure there is someone on here with an amazing bod whom would work perfectly! lol BTW--I just ordered my dream gown...so excited!
