  11. My bags were simple, but everyone loved them. The biggest hits/main items were the bag itself (plasticy type beach bag), beach towel (b/c our small hotel did not provide seperate towels), and snorkel gear for all our guests. You can see pics in my planning thread.
  12. Ummm, greatest idea ever! But we would need one for Blackberry too

  14. Ditto on the 50%. When we sent out our invites, we basically knew who would come and who wouldn't. Some of the invites were really just courtesy invites and served more as announcements than anything else. We invited about 75 people and had about 40 at the wedding.
  15. I will be posting a review later, but I just wanted to say that I used Misti for my Dec 31, 2009 DW, and she was great to work with. I never had any communication problems, and I received my photos this past Friday. That was about 35 or so days. I am waiting for my CD currently, but all pics are online.
  16. The pictures don't really do the centerpieces justice. They were relatively simple, but absolutely stunning!!! This was the head table: This was the guest tables. Our colors were orange and blue. I don't know what the large orange flower is, but there were also birds of paradise (orange & blue flower), and orange orchids (at the bottom of the vase). They dyed the water orange, and used a blue floating candle. Also, you can only see one of the candles surrounding the main centerpiece, but there were actually 3 of varying heights.
  17. Here is our wedding cake. The bottom 2 layers were traditional Jamaican wedding cake, and the top layer was white cake with pineapple filling. Both had white buttercream covered in fondant. And DH's groom's cake, inspired by his 2nd love, his car! It was chocolate cake w/chocolate icing, then covered in fondant.

I'm so excited to be a part of this, I can't wait! --Nikki We do have a journal, and it works the same way . Each bride tells a bit about their DW and includes a pic.
