Another affordable option is to fly with a charter carrier. Typically charters are booked for either 1 or 2 weeks. In terms of Hotels, many have reasonable group rates and some include in-house wedding coordination. Welcome to the forum! Mexico is definitely a popular destination... there are many beautiful hotels and ceremony locations along with a well developed destination wedding industry (hence you can get things done). As well Mexico is easily accessable from the states. Happy to help.

Congratulations and I hope you are enjoying the planning process! I hope you are finding all the vendors and resources you require. Beach weddings are great! It may be useful to check the tide tables close to your wedding date to ensure ample space for guests.
