I am also planning my wedding at EDR. So far the planning has gone very smoothly. Valeria is very prompt and helpful. While I have never been to EDR, we stayed at the El Dorado Seaside Suites in January and if it's anything like that, you will not be disappointed!

We booked Citlalli for our wedding through the resort. I have been trying to get a hold of Claudia in regards to a TTD session. At first she was very responsive, but then the whole swine flu drama happened. She told me she was trying to reschedule some brides, etc, but would get back to me. I have tried to contact her a few times in the last few weeks with no results. I'm getting alittle worried

I am getting married at the El Dorado Royale. It is owned by the same company that owns the Azul resorts. The El Dorado resorts are adult only. I have never been to the Royale but FI and I went to Mexico in January and stayed at the El Dorado Seaside - we actually got engaged there. It was the beautiful resort and fantastic service that made us pick another Karisma resort for our wedding.

I originally wanted my wedding there, but they pushed back the grand opening until November, and I wasn't willing to take the chances. It looks amazing though.
