Hello Fellow Calgarian, years ago I was a trainer for the Color Seasons which suggest which colors look best on a person. Turquoise or peach are two suggestions which might look good on all of your bridesmaids. You will find that the red head and the strawberry blond will look best in colors that have a yellow base, whereas the dark haired girl and the blond will probably look best in colors with a blue base, e,g, pink. Some people argue that the bride is the one who is in the spotlight so don't worry about the bridesmaids. However, if the color really clashes with the girl, people will really notice that the bridemaid did not look good and I'm sure you want your wedding to be perfect. The dress that you choose for the bridesmaids is very sweet! You can find out which colors are best for the bridesmaids by asking them to tell you what their favourite colors are - you'll get lots of different answers. None of them will agree on the same color so you need to choose what you feel most comfortable with. You look like a summer who would like blues, pinks, purples, etc. and from looking at the beautiful dress you choose you for your gown, you are a romantic girl who loves feminine things. When choosing colors, most of us pick clothes in our own season sp keep that in mind for your wedding part. Your two girls with the red hair are not going to look good in summer colors. You should really enjoy Kauai! We own a timeshare there on the south part of the island at Poipu called The Point at Poipu. The location is beautiful overlooking the ocean and in the one mainly sunny area on the island. The suites are very spacious and clean but a bit dated. If I were going on a honeymoon, my dream would be to stay the the Hyatt Regency in Poipu which is an absolutely beautiful hotel next door to the Point at Poipu.It has lovely grounds and beautiful pools but the red flag is usually up on the beach. We have also stayed at the Kauai Coast Resort at the Beachboy at Kapaa which is a very nice, recently renovated hotel right on the beach. However, the weather is not as nice as Poipu. As for the Big Island, we have stayed twice at the Royal Seacliff which is a lovely hotel located on the ocean and about a 10 minute drive to Kona. The weather in Kona is usuallly nice. Hawaiian royalty used to go there becasue of the nice weather. Royal Seacliff is a nice hotel but it has no restaurants, etc. It has two pools and a jacuzzi but the beach is very dangerous for swimming. The Seacliff includes one or two bedroom suites which are clean but look a bit worn. If you want a really luxurious hotel with lots of ammenities, then this hotel would not be what what you want.
