Congrats! I too am just diving into the process and have decided on Los Cabos! I'll be visiting in October 2009, so I'll be posting some advice following our visit. We wanted a classy wedding on the beach without it seeming like a "spring break college" affair and I think we picked the right spot. We'll be touring several private villas and the hilton los cabos...stay tuned and good luck!
