I went to a surprise bday party and had some not so good food and I actually got sick from it. I think my body is telling me NO NO even just a tad isnt good.

Stop saying ok I will start tomorrow DO IT NOW LADIES We always put off things. Just keep thinking of how great you will feel once you reach your goal! I know it can be hard but WE CAN DO IT. Instead of grabbing french fries grab carrots. Instead of grabbing a burger eat a salad. I snack on apples now "honeycrisp" ones it will help.

I love love this thread and it has taken me almost a year to post my ring but here it is! It comes with a matching wedding band which I wont get till we are married. The middle stone is actually from his godmother -
