Heyyyyyy ladies!!!
I am actually doing WW now, although I have over 11 months before my wedding, but I wanted to try it out to see if it is for me. I can honestly say IT HAS DONE NOTHING!!! I HAVE BEEN ON WW FOR 5 1/2 WEEKS AND HAVEN'T LOST 1 LBS YET!!! Now, I am wondering if there is something wrong with my body, because I don't exercise, but this diet is really great! I don't mind counting my points, I don't mind eating healthy as that is the easy part....BUT doing all of this depriving and NOT seeing any results is what I'm having a VERY HARD TIME with.
I am 5' 8 and 170lbs. My goal is 150lbs but hell I'll even take 165lbs sheesh!
I honestly don't think I look bad, as my husband-to-be loves my shape now, but I would love to have a kick-ass body for my wedding, I've never been "small" per say, but I'd like to be at 150lbs where I was in HS when he met me.
*SIGH* What am I to do I went on a strict exercising stint last summer, where I was doing 2-3 hours 3-4 days per week, and I DIDN'T LOOSE ONE POUND!!!! Now I’m trying WW and still haven't lost any weight! IS IT POSSIBLE THAT MY BODY IS STUCK!!! LOL I haven't gained any weight in the last 3 years...so if I'm not going to loose, I may as well eat and drink whatever I want and stay where I am for this!
I know this is pretty long winded, but I'm really upset that I'm wasting money and precious food that I love for nothing!
