I used Fitday.com to track my food and calories. This is a site with a calculator to tell you how many calories you need per day to maintain or lose weight. Calorie Calculator - Daily Caloric Needs Once you figure out what you need to eat, make sure you exercise too. The harsh truth is that diet + exercise = weight loss. You will lose a lot faster if you even just walk 30 minutes a day.

Tracy - I'm not sure if i'd take tylenol if it wasn't in it's own packet. Even if I knew my sister made it herself...ok wait, i can't stand my sister...even if I knew my best friend made the packet...I think even generic Acetominophen packets would be better. But I've worked in the pharmaceutical industry for a while now so that kind of thing just makes me nervous. I will definitely be going bare legged in the dress with black strappy sandals. I'm not sure what the chick in the picture was thinking with black tights but I don't like it like that. I should be good at packing - we've done 10 days on the motorcycle - I have to pack light for that but when I have suitcases I go a little nuts. I will try to make a list... I will start tanning in a few weeks...as FI works for a dermatologist on skin cancer, it's a sore subject here. And the dermatologist is his friend and will be at the wedding. FI wants to do Mystic Tan but I want to do the beds. i've never had a spray tan look good on me. And it's SNOWING again here ladies...I was supposed to start my job today and they postponed it till Monday because it's supposed to snow through tomorrow. And 25-45 mph winds....seriously...I need spring! But it's 79 degrees in Jamaica

When the wedding is over and you go back home, your wedding photos are what you have to help you remember the event. Your friends/family will do their best, but they will not get the best pictures because they are sharing the time with you, while the photographer is there for just one thing...to take pictures. they know the best way to use the light, the scenery, how to get the best poses from you, etc...if you look at any bride on here and their pro pics vs non pro pics - they are all beautiful but there is a huge difference. Good luck with your decision!

Well Kamay, I had the laser treatment done yesterday. i have what looks like a major bruise on my face, which the doctor said will go away soon. it hurt more than i expected it to, but if it got rid of the big red mark on my face it have been worth it. If you don't mind walking around with the bruising...I have to keep explaining to people what it is.

I just remembered being at a wedding where the crackers for the crudite platter were in plastic, like the ones you get with soup...a bunch of little packets of crackers lined up on a tray....CLASSY!

I think her behavior is horrible...and in the end, her true colors will show to everyone...the lies she told your inlaws will come out as well - lies always do. What I've learned lately, and in all of this wedding planning is that it's better to be the better person. invite her to the shower, and be SO NICE to her - she won't know what hit her...and you will be the better person. everyone will see how nice you are, and what a beyatch she is if she doesn't respond in kind. or better yet, invite her, and maybe she'll say no. Unfortunately, she's married to your FI's brother, so she's going to be around, so it's your time to show how awesome you are, and how awful she is.

He will be 41. For his 40th birthday I bought him a motorcycle, so it's kind of hard to top that, plus we are going to be 5 weeks away from a wedding we are paying for ourselves. He also just bought himself a ton of motorcycle gear, which is what I was planning on getting him...he buys himself stuff all the time, which makes this very difficult. We will already be going out to dinner and a comedy show the weekend before. I just want to get him something nice, not extravagant...any ideas for a unique gift would be appreciated.

We're staying at our resort for 10 days - our guests are only coming for a long weekend, so they will leave by monday, and we'll be there till the following Saturday, so it will be our Honeymoon too. we travel a lot anyway - less than a month later we're going on a motorcycle trip to West Virginia for a long weekend. For my DW with 22 people we are not doing place cards - I'm having 1 large U shaped table with us in the middle. For our AHR, which will be about 35-40 people, the caterer has suggested place cards so people will have a "home", rather than everyone wanting to sit at one table. Depending on how expensive you want to go, you can make placecards out of the free business cards on VistaPrint, or have them custom made.

That just happened on 'Say Yes To The Dress". did you happen to get any pictures of yourself in the dress/sample when you tried it on? Are they saying it's the same style/number that you tried on?

I ordered the Tylenol Packets from a seller Amazon.com but I've seen them in Staples/OfficeMax. i was supposed to get 50 Tylenol and 50 Pepto but there was more like 70 tylenol packets and 40 Pepto. It was one of those...."Oh, I need the pepto, so I'll order the tylenol too....." That's why I had to make and seal the bags so I can't add anything!

Seriously Erin? Drop her off at 5 and pick her up at 6? Is this chick on drugs? that poor child, and poor you...it's hard when you inherit a child and an ex...especially one that seems to be psycho like this one. I really hope it works out for you guys and she can be there!

I'm not sure Tiger knows the meaning of "honest". The man never should have gotten married...He has no idea what commitment means. I think this apology was all about his image and wanting people to watch him play golf and use his sponsor products. I feel bad for his wife and his children, but he just makes me sick.
