We are getting married at the Windjammer this August. We went to visit the resort this past November to meet the wedding coordinators and look at the property to make sure it was everything we wanted. It is very pretty and the people are great. We are adding to our wedding package a full reception dinner and DJ.

We are getting married at the Windjammer landing in Castries on 08-09-10. We just got back last Saturday from visiting and meeting with our wedding coordinators and they are GREAT! We choose the Windjammer because we wanted an all-inclusive resort that would let kids stay there. We absolutely love the island it is so beautiful and the people are so nice.We will stay at Jade Mountain for the last half of our stay.

Hi everyone! I am going to be a St Lucia bride also. We are getting married on 08-09-10 at the Windjammer. We are going on a cruise in November and we are stopping in St Lucia and we are going to the resort to check it out. I am super excited about meeting the coordinators and taking a tour of the property.

Hi Karla, I was wondering if I can get added to your list. I am getting married in St. Lucia on 08-09-10 but we will be leaving on 08-04-10 and will be returning on 08-14-10. I know it’s a little early but I just love this idea!

Well we are in the beginning stages of our wedding planning. We have a photographer and a resort and that’s about it. There will be about 30 people attending the wedding and most of them are staying 7 days. We do plan on having a party when we get back for those who could not make it. Do you plan on having a party when you get back? How many people will be traveling with you? Did you decide on a resort yet?

It’s nice to hear from someone else who is getting married in St. Lucia. The Windjammer was actually the 3rd choice of ours. The first choice was Sandals Resort but we found out that there are going to be children traveling with us and Sandals is an adult only resort the 2nd choice Resort will be closed for the month that we will be getting married. We really wanted to be closer to the Pitons but none of the resorts were all-inclusive. So The Windjammer just seems to fit all of our needs. How far along are you in the planning of your wedding?
