I think it looks beautiful on you! I actually wouldn't change a thing with it, I think the flower gives it a bit of the beachy feel but thats just me! But like Carly said if you are really wavering that much, maybe do some more looking before you decide!

AprilMay, I was told by Rebeca that you only have to be there 3 full days before getting married in order to be able to do the legal part down there. But it could have changed, it is some way for Mexico to establish you as a "resident" or something like that. That is why we are getting married in the States before we go. It is only $35 at the courthouse and $350 in mexico. And besides doing it in the courthouse is just the legal part, it won't feel real till you walk down the aisle surrounded by friends and family is how I feel.

Your cups look great!! Even though the blues are close I bet they will look more distinct out in the sun, where everyone will be enjoying drinks by the pool!

I think I found the one, but I always see someone elses dress ideas on here or in a magazine and think, crap maybe that one would have looked better. Just go with the one you feel the best in!

I think it is pretty tacky! I agree with Kathy don't feel like you need to get them $$, I say get them what you feel comfortable with. I am sure most people will ignore that part of the invite anyway!

We got tickets as soon as they became available which was June I think, so about 11 months out. We ended up getting a really good deal since the whole swine flu scare was in full swing, so both of us flying down for $600 which is pretty darn good.

I think it is an awesome idea to have the bridesmaids with different dresses. I really wanted to do it to, but my bridesmaids wanted to match. I think blue or green would look awesome. They are both bold colors that have so many different shades. Here are some pics I found for you.

I can see how this would totally make you upset, especially since it is so close to your wedding day!! And I know it is hard to not stress about it now, but I would say just try to make the best out of the situation. Maybe as a last minute "gift" you could go out and buy her a special dress for the day of and give it to her once you get to the hotel and try to make it a special gesture from your FI and you. Then if she doesn't wear it, she will look like an ungrateful you know what. Kill her with kindness, it always works and you will come out looking like the better person.

I think $200 is a pretty decent price in terms of bridesmaid dresses. I am asking my girls to spend about that after shipping since they are all out of state. You have to look at this way, if they are your life friends (which to me all bridesmaids should be) your wedding is worth it to them.

Christie everything looks great! I love the invitations, I ordered a sample of the exact invite and almost went with them! I really think your idea with the backing and the wrapia is awesome it makes your invite pop! And I think I will be off to Office Depot to get some of that paper!

Don't worry about your guests because if they plan enough ahead it should still be relatively reasonable for them to fly and stay. I just checked on prices for my wedding time next May and three nights plus air is only $1390 and that is on Dreams website, where as my TA was cheaper than the website when I booked my air and hotel. So your guest prices should be totally good. But I understand it being such a bummer for your Nov. trip this year , hopefully maybe the prices will drop in a couple weeks so you can book a last minute trip.
