Yamille...what was the day like for you guys? You get there...start hair & makeup? What exactly did they do to your hair? Just curl it? I have been wearing my hair in a blowout and it doesn't curl when I wear it that way. I'm thinking I should wash it out...her boudoir website says champagne & snacks too. Did you guys have that as well? Thanks!

Ok, I finally got a response from her after contacting her on facebook. Misunderstanding...she said she did respond, but I'm not sure why i didn't get it. Anyway, she quoted me the same price for 3 people. So I will probably go with her. my wedding isn't until next June though, so she told me to wait a little closer to the time of the wedding.

Good luck with everything too! We'll have to KIT so we can swap pics when we get them

Christina- No you haven't made it more stressful for me. I have just been having a tough time narrowing down my choices, but that's just me. I guess I'm just indecisive. But yes, you should check that out with your TA. One of my co-workers daughters is getting married in Mexico and they traveled there a couple of months ago to check out the resort-and it was definitely comped by the resort (but they had to book there in order for it to be comped).

Wow...you ladies look fabulous! i'm even more excited to take my pics now. I have a shoot with Kamila this Monday in Philly!! Sooo nervous, I always feel so awkward in front of the camera but we'll see what happens. I'm also a little annoyed & frustrated because I ordered some outfits from Fredericks of Hollywood 3 weeks ago and they still haven't come in yet! grrr... FAB-you girls rocked it out. Christina thanks again for sending that link to your photos...I think I am having a change of heart after seeing them. Iberostar looks really nice, and I've been hearing not so good things about the costs at RHR adding up and getting really expensive. Great if you're budget can accomodate extra expenses, but mine can't! When you went on you're site visits, did either of the resorts offer you a credit or comp if you decide to book with them?

Blurt-I knot a lot of girls buy a similar looking (less expensive) version of their wedding dress to do the TTD session. I think that is what I will do to because I don't want to "trash" my dress. lol You can find lots of affordable dresses on ebay (under $100!)

Hi Jaime! I am also from PA, not too far from West Chester either:-) Use the search tool and plug in "rose hall resort" for some more postings about the resort. That's what I did, and there are a few more threads on this resort. Congrats on your decision!

We chose the RIU because of the cost and because it is kid-friendly without being too kid friendly. Not many of our guests will be bringing their children (if any), but I have an 8year old daughter and would not dream of having a wedding someplace that she was not allowed. Nor would I entertain the thought of not having her there to witness it.

You looked great! i love the turquoise & pink together...how did you decide on the RIU mobay??

I would also like to see pictures if you have them!

Anyone who is not a actual guest at the resort, you would have to pay for a day pass.

I'm sure you would probably have to pay for a day pass for her to come to the resort...I just emailed her earlier and asked her for pricing. I'll post some info when she gets back to me.

Wow...I just checked out the link from petals, to the facebook page of Loni Jones Makeup, and her work looks awesome...I think I'll check her out and see what the prices are like. Thanks for the suggestions! Now, if I can only figure out what to do about hair...I'm sooooooo finicky about who does my hair.

I was just thinking about the same thing earlier today. I hope someone responds to this because I really didn't find anything on the internet when I was searching. But I definitely am not confident in the resorts makeup person... Sorry I couldn't answer you.
