It took 2 weeks for the rings to arrive (no engraving) and there was no confirmation from the store about when they would/did ship or any sort of email with a tracking number for the package (sent FedEx so there was a tracking #).
When they arrived they looked fine, but the more I looked at them I began to notice that one of the bands is misshapen (sort of comes to a point at the bottom and isn't the same width all the way around). I was just going to ignore that, but when I took them both to the local jeweler today to find out how long it would take to have them put into a set with my e-ring, the jeweler discovered a crack in the metal of the OTHER ring. So, we're returning them both. Obviously, my experience was a very different one from Jacilynda's, but I thought I should let everyone know to be careful and make sure you have your rings inspected by a jeweler very quickly after you receive them. These are very thin bands so they have more tendency to crack, but it seems like they would do a final inspection for quality prior to shipping and they didn't. Hopefully we won't have any trouble getting a refund.
