  1. Having a attorney won't necessarily get you your perm residence faster but we hope by using an experienced immigration attorney it will facilitate the process in terms of gathering the correct information, completion of forms etc, etc..I found a downtown firm called Niren & Associates that specializes in Canada to US immigration.
  2. Congrats and welcome. My situation is similar to yours, I am Canadian and my FH is American. We have decided that I will move to the US once we are married. We will be getting married first and then he will be applying for me as his spouse. We are going to use an immigration attorney to try and speed the process up. There is a Fiance visa program you can use but you have to marry within 90 days of the visa being granted which would be too much of a rush for us. Good Luck to you and keep us posted on your progress!
  3. Hi Ann: Congrats & best wishes I considered the Sunset Grande for my wedding as well. Will you be using the gazebo or having the cermony on the beach? Also where will your reception be held on at the SG or off the property?
  4. Hello All- My name is Paula. I would like to plan my destination wedding for either Couples or RIU Jamaica May 2010..however my Fiance's family are not supportive of the idea . Best wishes to everyone on their upcoming uptuals!
