In order to give parents a few hours off to celebrate, we have hired three members of the resort’s babysitting department to supervise the children as a group from 6-10:30 pm. Drop-off location will be the Game Room, located just off the hotel lobby across from the elevators and near the gift shop. At 6:30 pm, babysitters will escort the group to dinner at the resort’s main buffet (Fresh). After dinner, they’ll return to the Game Room for a fun-filled night of movies, Wii, Playstation and games until parents pick them up at 10:30 pm. Time zone: During the summer months, Jamaica operates on U.S. Central Time, one hour BEHIND Eastern Standard Time (Ex: 10 am in New York=9 am in Jamaica). Toll-free #: The following # can be used by family and friends back home to call your room at the resort: 866-799-3661. It is the main reservations # (and the only toll-free # to the resort when calling from the U.S.), so they will need to first ask to be transferred to the Rose Hall operator, who can then connect them to your room. Hi there- just wanted to say that we had a great experience with Rose Hall! Fabulous resort for families, excellent food and drinks, very nice rooms--- all of our guests found it to be a great value. The wedding/reception were a bit expensive (we got married at the aqueduct ruins and opted for a private reception in the courtyard of Cinnamon Hill golf course), but we were very pleased with everything! Best of luck with your search!
