    I'm actually considering doing towels too, but thought about the same problem. I was thinking of doing a pre-DW get together with everyone and actually giving them their OOT bags/towels then, so everyone can pack them on their own. This way you don't have to worry about getting them there!

    Josie- I did get a confirmation code, which they're holding for me for 90 days...which means it's being held until June...they BETTER have their rates out by then, lol! I also love your STD's! Shellk- For a while I thought I was one of the only 2010 Riu brides, so it's nice to come across another one! That's so exciting that you're starting to look for your dress! I'm hoping to start that soon too! We're doing our engagement pictures this weekend, so hopefully if they come out good, I'll be posting a few!

    Shellk, I actually spoke to my TA after hearing from you and she said that the rates for Feb are out but not March...so crazy, I wonder why the entire year isn't out. Oh well...hopefully not much longer. I have started planning a little, but not too much because I want to make sure we have a location first before I go too crazy! I have someone making my STD's, but don't want to order them until I get my confirmation. I definitely agree with you...I thought this would be so much more organized and less stressful, lol!

    Oh wow...so you actually got to book your room too? I am still waiting to hear what the group rates will be, but I'm going to book my room ASAP...my TA told me that the rates aren't out yet, so I'm going to have to double check with her...espeically since you're getting married only a month before me and were already able to book yours. I just can't wait until everything is confirmed so I can stop stressing out!

    Shellk, Were you actually able to book your room and everything yet? I have my wedding date somewhat confirmed for March 2010, but they won't let me go through the last step of confirming it until I have a room booked. The only problem is that they keep telling me their 2010 room rates aren't out yet.

    I am considering both Paradisus resorts as my possible location. They both look gorgeous! How did you choose between the two?

    Thank you! They actually just sent me pictures and more info regarding their wedding packages and I really wasn't too impressed. I guess I will have to take that one off my list of options!

    Is anyone planning to get married here...or has anyone looked into this? I'm considering this is a possible location, but haven't read much on here about it on here...I also haven't seen anyone else with this as their location.

    Has anyone gotten any information yet on the Riu's 2010 rates? They have their wedding rates out, but not their room rates; unfortunately you cannot confirm you wedding date until you've actually booked a room...so frustrating! I've gotten a different answer everytime I call them!

    I'm planning to do OOT bags, but only for my bridal party. It will get way to expensive to do it for all of my guests.
