My flowers are going to be orchids, tulips and roses I think. I don't really remember, I was just so glad I was finally booking them. It's going to be very tropical bouquet. Magenta, lime green, orange, fuschia and soft yellow.

I'm so excited! yes again....LOL I ordered my real touch flowers from Judy (Bloom Bridal) last night. I can't wait to see the end result. Here's what I ordered: 1 Bridal Bouquet 4 Bridesmaids Bouquets 1 Groom's Boutonniere 4 Groomsmen Boutonnieres 2 Mother of the Bride and Groom Wrist Corsages $460 including tax. I think her pricing is fantastic. The bouquet I wanted, some other places quoted me nearly 200 bucks.

To all the wonderful brides who just got married at GBP. Need some recommendations.....the Gazebo is already booked by another bride for dancing at night....is it worth it to book the outdoor restaurant for dancing after our dinner? Thanks so much

I'm looking for OOT Bag supplies. Just looking not really buying. My work gives us a bonus at christmas and another one in February. I'm planning on going nuts then. Right now, can't afford it. Hey Ladies, So I've officially started my wedding planning. I was never in the mood because I was so busy with work but now it's my time. My wedding dress has been sitting in my closet for weeks now but that's the only thing I've purchased for the wedding. The first thing I wanted check off my list was to read this thread from scratch. Mind you, I'm only 10 pages in (yes I'm very slow) but I wanted to thank torilynnsmith for creating this thread for us Canucks. I'm only commenting on the first pages I've read because I would like to thank the peeps that helped me so far. Celtic Girl - For mentioning your bridal bouquet. I've contacted Water Me Not on Etsy to get a quotation. Canadiangirl - For all your to do lists so far that I've downloaded. LOL. There might be more but I haven't read that far yet. That's about it for now. Oh on another note.....I'm going to BUFFALO tomorrow. Any ideas where to go? I'll hopefully have a response tomorrow before I go. THANKS LADIES....

I was in my best friend's wedding 3 weeks ago. It's an ALLURE dress. I don't know the number. But I remember it's on the last page on the website. I'm not sure how well it will work in the heat. It's a thicker dress. Her ceremony was held in a little chapel that had no air conditionig with over 100 people jammed inside. It was too hot for me. And this was only for a 10 mins ceremony. Once I was outside I was fine. It was 24C that day. So it's hard to say. I'm not sure but they are really cute. I should post a pic in the bridesmaid section for the other girls too.

I'm bringing down two photographers. They are actually BF & GF. Both run their own seperate companies. So I kind of got lucky there. Using my 2 free trips towards their travel costs. Package is just over $1000. I'm getting an engagement session, boudior session, full day wedding and full day trash the dress.

Thanks Janet! Now that my best friend's wedding is over, I'll start tyring to plan my own. Sooo busy at work right now! I'm working over time before work and after work/ Plus helping out more at my part-time gig. I don't know how you girls do it.
