I did the zen wedding package and changed just about everything. The bouquet , the cake , the centerpieces etc. I would just send her a picture of something I liked and she would tell me if it was in my budget or how much more it would be. I managed to do everything I wanted in budget. I also just did my welcome dinner at one of the resturants. They do a set menu , it was really good. The chef came out and greeted everyone , they made us private menus with our names on it. It was really nice and they didnt charge us extra we just left a good tip.

I had Sandra as my planner !! She is great !! Dont worry.

The guests still had to wear theirs but you can see them at all in any of the pictures. I love being Mrs. Beachbride !! I am just sad the day is over .. so I am living vicariously through you girls lol. Oh and the place pumps like calmness into the air. 2 hours before the wedding was about to begin I was in the spa relaxing and getting a massage and scrub ! As soon as you get there you are like zen , you will see !

You have to wear the braclet but they will cut it off for you on your wedding day and give you a new one.

I had steak and shrimp as the main course and everyone seemed to like it. They did an excellent job. The chef came out to greet us , they made us personalized menus with our names on them. There was a live saxaphonist. It was amazing. Afterwards we all went to the bar by the pool and hung out. My wedding planner was the resort wedding planner and her name is Sandra. I dont think anyone could have done a better job. This dam site isnt letting me upload my photos !!

HI EVERYONE !! I just got back from my wedding at Leblanc and can I just say that it was 100 times more amazing than I ever could have imagined. I will try and post some pics as soon as I can. I got the zen package but totally cusomized everything. My wedding colors were purples and white and I did my own centerpieces , flowers and designed the cake and they did everything I asked and above WITHOUT charging me extra. I did not want an " out of the catalog" wedding. My cake had a japanese cherry blossom design on the side. My centerpieces were underwater and lit up. I could not decide on what flavor cake I wanted so they gave me both ! 2 tiers one red velvet and on cheesecake ! They went above and beyond what was part of the package as far as the ceremony decorations. I had flowers EVERYWHERE !! I cannot reccomend this resort and my wedding coodinator Sandra enough.

Not sure yet !! I am looking at 3 dresses now , did I mention my wedding is in 3 weeks haha !

Hi ! I bought this Maggie Sottero Dress and decided to go with another dress instead ( and can't get a refund) . It is brand NWT and is still being stored at the bridal salon. It is an absolutly gorgeous dress , no alterations have been made and I have only tried it on once. I paid 900 for it and am selling it at a discounted price for 700 neg. It is a size 14 and has a corset back so it is pretty adjustable for a street size 8 to about 14. You can also email me at [email protected] if interested.

Yeah Missy look on Expedia too. I found rates there close to what my TA was getting. We still lost alot of people because of expense but compared to the other places we were looking ( Excellence , Sandals , the Royal ) it was not much more and the service and wedding planners are a million times better !

The room was 805 PP just to clarify for 3 nights.

I got 3 nights at leblanc for my friends and airfare for about 1200. We are from NY and most people are flying out of JFK. I booked it almost a year in advance and DID NOT go through the groups department. I went though my TA. It is possible to do LeBlanc for less !!

Wow beautiful !!! Did they set that table up for you using your colors and put the pillows on the couch to match too ! I think I am going to do the same thing , the gazebo is what made me look at le blanc in the first place.

Yeah she seems really good so far ... I am trying not to stress about the small stuff ! Did you get a DJ or use an Ipod ? That is my last big decision.

Thanks , you are making me feel better because I feel like I have nothing done. Did you use the resort photogapher ? I have been looking at la luna they seem really good but I am going broke and am trying to save money where I can. I already have the resort photographer with my package but I am afraid they wont be any good.

Who did you use ? My fiance is talking me into just bringing the IPOD but I am nervous !! Also where did you do the ceremony and reception ? I have to decide if I am going to do it on the beach or the gazebo so I can get my dress altered to either heels or no heels !!!!

Hi ! I am getting married at Le Blanc in January. I am going crazy trying to find a DJ or band for the wedding. It is going to be a small wedding maybe like 20 -25 people so at first me and my fiance were going to just pull out the ipod and play DJ. But the more I think about it I want someone to do the announcing and keep the party upbeat. Yesenia sent me a palace resort DJ pamplet but they were really expensive and I couldnt really see any of the work or what they play. Who did you use for your DJ through them ? Â Thanks !!!

Hi ! We are getting married at Le Blanc too. It took me about a year to decide but I am happy we chose it. It is pretty pricey but I got a deal for 800 for 3 nights for my guests ( not including airfare ) which ended up being only about 200 more than the other places we were looking. The fact that they do only one wedding a day is what really made it worth it. I didnt want to be one of the 5 weddings that day. What package are you doing ? It sooo hard to decide !

Hi ! I am planning on having my wedding there too. Did you check out thier website they have a great wedding website its really informative. Jade Mountain is really expensive but I think it is worth it. I am planning on staying at Anse Chastanet until the wedding and then upgrading to Jade Mountain on my wedding night. They are in the same place just Jade Mountain is higher or something. You should definitly check it out. I have been reading a million reviews and almost all of them are postive. The only thing I see alot of complaints about are the stairs and mosquitos !
