  1. Wow...you did an incredible job! They look great!
  2. I'd love to take a look at them...but I don't have enough points.
  3. I have all of the appetizer and dinner menu options in an email attachment. If you can give me your email, I can send them all to you!

We found a PHENOMENAL TA that had some great connections with Sunquest and several other great companies. We also wanted to keep the prices lower (easier in the summer, though) and his "inside" scoop allowed him the ability to wheel and deal with the companies. Our guests were all in Alberta and Sask. so it was fairly easy to coordinate, but I found that booking them as a package saved us over $600 pp. And I agree with Smith-- a TA is very helpful for extras and honeymoons if you send your guests through them. Hi Ash, I was just wondering if you'd let me know who you used for your TA. Most of our guests (around 50 out of 80 people) are coming from Edmonton or Calgary down to PV, so I wouldn't mind getting a quote from him! Thanks!
  5. My soon to be parents-in-law just got back from spending a week in PV. They're avid travelers, spending at least 8 weeks a year in different Mexican destinations. They spent the whole week jumping from resort to resort, getting tours and meeting with wedding coordinators for us. They also dragged their best friends with them, who loved the experience. All four agreed that out of all the all-inclusives from both PV and NV, Dreams VM and Riu Vallarta were by far their favorites. They said the Dreams VM has fixed all the glitches and would definitely wow all our guests. They also mentioned that since half the resort is owner-occupied, it's quite quiet as it's never full (at this time of year) and that our group (approx. 60-70 guests) would be a significant "chunk" of the resort and would be super accomodating. Just thought I'd share this with all of you....

  7. Hi everyone! Absolutely love this site....have learned soooo much already, love sooo many ideas. So far, we've planned to get married in April 2010 in PV. We're torn between Dreams Villamagna (the reviews are sure improving!!!) and Riu Vallarta. If anyone has anything to share about their experience or pictures, please send them my way! Thanks a bunch!
