I have had cats all of my life and in my experience here are some suggestions when we have encountered the same thing... Put a ball in her food dish that will roll around in her food, this will slow down her eating, it has worked for us in the past and was recommended by the vet. Also, try switching foods, it doesn't have to be anything specific although you could try a food for sensitive stomachs. We have a cat that will puke up one kind of food but when we switched she stopped. Just remember when you switch foods to do it gradually to avoid stomach upset. I hear ya though, as much as you love them it seriously pisses me off when they can't even do it on the floor! What is with that?! Why my couch, chair, bed, or on something important like on my piano sheet music the other day... I think its really a way to get back at me for not paying attention to her or something!

I have no advice for you as I have not yet been dress shopping but you have expressed my biggest fear! Since I have the time I am trying to get in shape and shed some sizes and start dress shopping this fall. But if I can't pull it off I just know I'll be in tears on what should be a really exciting day! They charge extra for bigger sizes too. And I really don't want to have to tell the photographer to make sure I don't look fat in all the pictures! I do think that you have nothing to worry about from what I have heard. Wow, very pretty! Looking at other bride's first fittings makes me so anxious to get my dress! You look truly amazing!

We have all been in "similar" circumstances, I would just take a test if I were you. Not becuase I think you are pregnant but because I have been there and you will drive yourself C-R-A-Z-Y till you do! Even if you are everything will be fine, life will continue, you won't be that far along at your wedding so you should be able to work around it. Take the test, you'll sleep better. On another note... I have had an IUD for the last 5 years and its the best thing I have ever done! I never have a period, I never have to remember to take a pill, I never have period side-effects! I highly recommend it to anyone that has thought about it! Good luck and let us know what happens!

I'm so sorry! We have all been at that breaking point at one time or another (or many times) during our wedding planning. Is it too late to get a different agent? Maybe the TA's on here can give you some suggestions or useful advise? In the mean time, hang in there. We are here for you when you need to vent. Don't let her ruin your engagement or your big day, just think of how great it will be when you are there. Have your FI give you a backrub and grab a glass of wine tonight! My STD cards went out this weekend! I just had to tell someone because I was so stressed over them and I am so happy they are mailed! I am excited to see who I hear back from! I joked with my FI when I had all the stamps on and we were standing in the post office lobby, I said, "Are you sure you want to mail these? There is no turning back now, if these go out you are stuck with me!" Lucky for me he wanted to mail them, lol.

I am also getting married early June 2010 and we sent our STD's out yesterday. I was actually trying to get them out sooner. I wanted to do it this early because I want people to have as much time as possible to save money. Now I do have my resort picked out but it doesn't say it on my invite, I only put the location like "Playa del Carmen, Mexico" So if you know where you are going but not the resort you could do that. For the formal invites I am sending mine sooner then the norm too, probably right after January 1st 2010 so people get a "reminder" and it will come right before tax return time in case anyone spaces it off and wants to use that money to go...

Did he even have a reason why? Seems like it wouldn't be a problem. Hell, everyone will already be there! lol. Maybe he doesn't understand how important it is to you?
