I was wondering if you left the beaded strands at DT or brought them home with you? If Angela or someone else doesn't take you up on your offer I would love to use them- they are exactly my wedding colors... or Angela, can you send them to me when you're done? Thanks girls!

Has anyone used or know of a good "Guest List Manager"? I'm looking for one place to keep track of all my guests, and who has/hasn't RSVP'd, etc. We are sending out a ton of invites so paper seems cumbersome... I need to be able to keep track! I have seen some on brides.com and theknot.com but I didn't know how easy they were to use... what have you guys used to keep track?

First of all, thank you Rachel (Rach220) for all your inspiration and help on this! They look oddly familiar, right? I made the template on Microsoft PhotoWorks, and we took our own pics yesterday... I am so proud of my first DIY! I ordered these today from Vistaprint as small magnets, 200 for 29.99 isn't so bad! Let me know what you think, they are VERY simple... but I think that's okay!

I saw that tip one morning on the Today Show or something like that, they said that if you are shopping online and there is a place for and offer code then that usually means there is some sort of offer code floating around somewhere...so you just have to search to find it! Andi- I just used this for VistaPrint to get 50% off my order of 200 magnets... THANKS!!! -

How have I missed this forum I am subscribing now! I get all the Vistaprint and Artscow and OT emails so I'll try to give updates too! -
My mom brought this up- My STD magnet has minimal info--- like the date and our wedding web site. But what if our relatives/friends (some who are much older) don't have internet or don't know how to maneuver it? I've thought of putting a little card in with some phone numbers or the TA or something on it... does anyone have a suggestion on what to do for this? I want to make sure everyone gets the info!

From the forum I've noticed a lot of us are married or getting married before our ceremonies in other countries. Is anyone or did anyone change their names BEFORE their DW? Or did you worry about it when you got back? Is there a law as to when you have to legally change your name (i.e. within 1 month of your legal marriage, etc.)? Thanks in advance!

Lani- Could you give us more info on your STD's? I am doing all that now and I'm kind of stuck-- there are so many options! Who did you get them through? Pics would be awesome! Thanks, jo -

You and your guests are in for such a treat!! Natalia- the wedding coordinator is wonderful! I will be writing my review soon. Here are a few things to share: The resort was completely booked while I was there and a Manager that we got to know said the next few months they are at full capacity. Friday, Sat and Sunday are huge daus for weddings- 3 every day. They do a good job of scattering everyone. All of my family except for 1 room all booked in the Dreams side - which I recommend. The Hacienda side has very nice rooms and even good views but the mosquitoes are really bad! I had my hair done with Trinidad- she did an amazing job! The Seaside grill is awesome for the ceremony- super romantic! ill post my review in the am. Oh and if you want to book spa treatments for your guests do it when you arrive. each day there is a sheet put in your room for the days events and spa tratments are like 40 % off in those! They will let you book treatments in bulk. Carlos the Manager is super nice. Ah congrats Mrs.!!! Can't wait to see your review... and PICS!

Their CD player is the professional DJ type (not your average boombox) which hooks up to their speakers and the sound quality is fantastic. If you the bride are paying for spa treatments for others you can use your discount. Hope that helps! Dollbird- What was your fee to use the CD player set up? Was it that astronomical 750?
