If you are doing it directly onto the envelope (which is what I did) I just formatted my excel spreadsheet so that when I hit print it printed properly on the envelope and I copied and pasted the address information from another tab. I can set something up if you'd like. Wow I am totally confused! I am going to print right on envelopes (hopefully). I really like your excel file, esp. since it kept track of all of those categories. If you could give me instructions on how to do it from the excel file you made I would really appreciate it! You are so helpful, thanks so much!!

In terms of wanting to include pics in your word doc, what is the easiest way to do that so you can just use it when you copy/paste to the planning thread when it's time? Put it in the format given on photobucket and just copy/paste that code? I'm not getting married til November, but I don't want to wait until then to start my planning thread (I'm a dork). Let me know what you guys have found to be the best way!

Excel file girls-- How easy was it to print envelopes or address labels from the excel file? Did you copy and paste or export or what? I think we talked about excel one time in college and I must not have been there that day! Thanks for all your help!

And have you known anyone to get married on IOP beach, what did they do as far as photography? I know pictures can be taken there because I saw pics of a wedding there on theknot.com. I have a friend getting married there in May, I'll ask her exactly what they are doing. They are getting married at the Citadel beach house though, so that might be considered 'private'. IOP is more touristy and built up (in terms of restaurants)... and Folly is kind of more surfer/hippie, but later on in the day they are both nice, etc. The "beach" parts of them are about the same. I know both beaches have "event houses" where you can do your reception after your beach ceremony, etc. On that note, a lot of the beach houses are strictly "no event" houses and you will be evicted if there are more than a certain number there (even the huge houses)... so be careful of that. Do you know where you'd want to do a reception yet?

Sarah and Scott's Dreams Tulum Wedding 1/17/2009
jmb0902 replied to SBlake's topic in Destination Wedding Reviews
Sarah-- Your wedding was amazing! Thanks for the review! Two quick ? (I'm sure it won't be my last) : 1. Did DT provide the chair sashes? Or did you have an outside vendor? Either way, how much were they and were there a lot of colors to choose from? 2. Did you pay the private fee for your rehearsal dinner? What is it for '09? Thanks in advance! -

Anyone Using Ring Bearer Shell Instead Of Pillow?

Ohhh I think it's super cute! And its pretty nice- so you'll always have it to remember your wedding, and/or to pass on! -

You are so right... if I didn't live here, this would be my dream wedding place I live in James Island, right by Folly Beach (where I've seen a few weddings) and I'm going to a wedding soon out of the Isle of Palms. Let me know if you need me to do some leg work for you...
