I take multiple meds each day. I understand your concern about traveling with them. Know that while keeping them in the original bottle is best, I have traveled out of the country with my meds in daily containers and in ziplocs with a photocopy of the label from the bottle so it can be verfied. I have never had any trouble. I have also never had to pull it out of my carry on.

I think we have hair from the same head. I love when stylists tell me about this great product that will work for me an never does. Lots of mousse or gel, air dry, and scrunching. I am worried about the wind making my hair go everywhere and get a bit big and frizzy. So I am working on an updo idea with several loose tendrils since we know they will curl. I think I am getting some silk stephanotis to put up in my hair... still not sure...

I just talked to 2g roses (freshroses.com). I confirmed that if I had them delivered to a friend prior to her leaving to come to JA. THey ssaid it would be fine... leave them in the box they are shipped in with a cold pack and you are good. THey are so much cheaper!

I was thinking about one long stem flower (a gerbera daisy or a calla lilly?) Not willing to pay for the cost of the really elaborate bouquets.

I am getting married in Jamaica at BRB and I have been quoted $50 per additional tier... and it is not that decorated. My problem is I don't even like cake that much and would rather do something else fun but don't want to have to deal with it... suggestions?

We are also doing the personalized m&m's at the reception because it is fun and inexpensive. THey will jsut be in little plastic bags with a starfish glued to the raffia. Very simple but fun.

It really is all about what you are looking for. The bus from Montego Bay is about 70-90 minutes. I have close to 50 people joining us at BRB in October 09 but I wanted a smaller place where there was plenty to do but we would see each other. Those that are coming for longer than the 4 days are booking on the front end or transferring to another resort for the second part. It is really important to ask the people who had experiences before if it was before or after their renovation. New buildings, updated rooms, new restaurant, the works. It is affordable in tough times for those I want the most with me for my day and weekend.

Love this thread... thanks for all the great tips. I am a queen at finding something and then figuring out how to do it for less. I am practically vested in VistaPrint but I am curious... you mentioned doing program fans on vistaprint. Can you tell me what you used?

Your postcards are great. I love this idea and love Vistaprint. I just saved a ton of money by ordering postcards from them for my response cards to my invitation. I found one of their designs and used it for my STD magnet and also created a fun response card with fun wording that is much more Us than the traditional!
