No my guest have not but I reserved 5 rooms a few months ago to receive the grand opening rate before it expired. They have been so kind to offer the grand opening rates to my guest until August 1st and when I mentioned a TA it seemed as though things would end up getting confused. I don't mind updating my website with deals I find IMO people are going to book how they choose regardless. The one DW I went to the only reason I used her TA was because I waited to the last minute and couldn't find a deal but half her guest used her TA and the others booked on their own.

Thanks for the advice! I always book my own flights because I have the time to shop around myself. I don't think my guest will have a problem booking their own flights and I do plan to keep them updated on what I find when I'm searching. I think I'll wait another month or 2 and then start looking often and updated my guest on our website. Thanks again!

You could def have someone lay them down before guest arrive, after you MH and BM walk down, or have them laid down by you WC.

We are not using a TA so what do you all think or what have some of you all done as far as guest booking their flights? We are receiving a special rate from the hotel so receiving a package rate was not an option. I have spoken to Air Jamaica and what they quoted me just doesn't seem like a deal or that it is worth using that option so I'm just wondering how I should address flight arrangements.

Actually things have changed a bit since I booked because when I reserved I received the grand opening rates and I didn't have to do the 10 room min. What I would suggest is if you plan on getting the whole resort ask if they can offer you an incentive(sp) for booking the whole resort. I initially only did rooms for my immediate family but we probably will have the whole resort. Once you have your date set then you can go ahead and put a deposit on your rooms, if anything just do the 10 to start you off especially if you know you will need at least 10.

LOL! Kerry just sent me a message asking if I had any updates, I guess since I haven't contacted them in probably over a month. I was already prepared for the lack of communication and because of the Lovely Ladies that have assured us that things will turn out fine I just have not made any contact. I would like to book my photographer and the music so I asked he about that. But I'm having a little issue with the whole photographer thing, I love having pictures as reminders and we do want professional pictures, looking at the different photograhers work online, I don't see a big difference. I have seen only a few presentations that I wouldn't consider but not many. So can anyone offer me advice on what I should be looking for so I can decide asap? We love WEEDS, FI didn't really watch the last season but I did, and yes the new season has started not sure when it started. I watch it on ON Demand and have watched 2 episodes so far.

Sorry for your loss. My Grandmother passed away 8 years ago and I would have never imagined that I would miss her as much as I do. I always find that something reminds me of her or makes me think about her. I often find myself saying, thank God for memories.

I agree it's a good idea, I wouldn't feel like you were being push at all, people are busy and could forget to book or something they may need. It will probably be more appreciated than anything.
