I think your idea about bringing a 2nd dress is a good one - maybe just a sundress. Even if you don't end up wearing it that night you could another night. It sounds like it'll give you peace of mind to have the option to change.

Yeah, Josie, you're right. The laws in IL are different (just moved from Chicago last year). If you're going less than 20mph over the speed limit you either have to pay $75 cash bail or hand over your license (or bond card) til your ticket's paid.
