Girl, I know how you feel about trying to buy a house. We wanted so bad to be able to get that tax credit, but FI had to refinances the house we live in now to take his x name off of it and he only did that about a year ago. So we would of had to pay to get out of the house and there is no way in the world I am doing that. Hang in the girl, things will start getting better.

Thanks everyone! I wanted to get as much out of the way as soon as I could because I didn't want the last min stress. I should have my starfish for my flowers and my cups sometime this week and my cake topper in about a month, so keep looking for more updates
