@Sommer, i was able to see your pic. I love it!where did u get this shape vases?so nice. How are you going to transport the vases, how many are you bringing?I thought of making my centerpieces with a cylinder vase and floating candles, but my gorls are trying to talk me out of it, telling me that it will be difficult to transport, so idk...i really want to thought

@alana, i cant wait to see your pictures, also keep in mind if you booked as a group, you all have a priority, how did you book a non private dinner? also all wedding reception are private dinners, am i wrong saying this?unless you are maybe doing surf and turf. how are you packing all the decor?

i dont recall hearing any brides sending stuff to the resort, but im sure you can. But i personally wouldnt, there email reply is very poor,so i woudnt let them be liable for my package, if i were you, i would pay extra $ for the suitcase and bring it with you...

@Acutie, i hear you... but i honestly do think it will work out for you. As far as the 3brides and the reception, i think there is weddings in the morning, afternoon and later during the day. Thats how they are making this work, i guess, But dont quote me on this...

Ladies: My future brother in law is the photographer in USA, since he is in the wedding, i can not use him. I want him to enjoy himself. So im hiring HDC for ceremony,formals and bride getting ready. But i do want a nice shot of cutting the cake, dance etc...so ill have my brother in law do it... BUT, if anyone is interested, he may be able to do TTD or some type of photo shoot while he is there for some fee...so let me know if anyone is interested, Oct 9-13...

if you look at the email from her,at the bottom where her name,adress, and faxp,hone # 809-221-4646 its a direct for the resort and just ask for wedding coordinator mercy...they leave at 4pm tho...so hurry, or try 1st thing in the morning. I used calling card... and im not happy either, my fiance and i had argument over it, he refuses to do a lay over on the 4hr flight...so apparantly it was a poor planning on my end. If i was just told when i was booking, btw you need to arrive on thur/fr because no one will be able to meet with you sunday...it would be a different story...but i wasnt...

Ladies, who just got married recently there, what does WC means by going over the details(food, ceremony, decor?)how long did it take?1hr?if i had known that i needed to be at the resort few 3business days before, i would have not booked my wedding for monday, i did so on purpose because of the direct flight available on saturday....why arent they working on sunday?or have an assistant that can be available on the weekends...weird...I didnt want to arrive to the resort more then 2days on purpose, i sun burn very quick and didnt want to look all red and freckaly...i planned to stay longer after ppl go home so i can enjoy some time alone with my husband, i just know my self, if im there 3+day before the wedding, i would be all stressed out with anticipation of THE Wedding...

@Acutie. im dealing with the same. I was about to book the airline, my wedding is Monday, and i was arriving saturday. I called WC Christina, and she told me to come Thur(i was like why no1 told me how many days ahead to arrive, oterwise i would have booked wedding on different day)so she told me friday is the latest for me to arrive and she will meet with me sat morning...call them and ask.

so far my flight JB that im stocking went dow 100$ in the morning. But i fint it weird that when i look at the seats via orbitz i only see 8 seats available and the rest shown like already booked. When i look at JB site it shows only 7bought and the rest available. weird....

Weird question everyone, but how does the cell phone situation there?when i was there last time, there were no iphones etc..and used calling card to call my family in USA, i wonder if anything has changed...
