Hi my name is Stacy and I am getting married in Riviera Maya, Mexico July 17, 2009. We are getting married at the RIU. I joined because a friend of mine who got married in Cabo last month said this site had some really good ideas. I am not into planning a wedding at ALL. I know for many this is fun, but for me it is stressful, and not something I really want to be doing, although I do want to have a great wedding. I am looking for any suggestions at all into keeping the cost as low as possible, arranging flowers, music, as well as the reception. The website for my resort is somewhat vague, and I was told be my destination weddings coordinator that I will not have any real contact with the resort until closer to the wedding. Any advice, info, suggestions would be greatly greatly appreciated.
