  1. Thanks ladies for all of your wonderful compliments! I can't wait to get the rest of them to show you. Ed Pingol just had a baby so he's a little behind on his blogging. This was just a few he was able to surprise us with! Quote: Originally Posted by Butterflyf369 Location looks awesome where you had these done. Can't wait for you to post the rest. I could have swore I had a year to plan, and we're at the half-way mark, and I feel like I have so much to do!! I feel so stressed that my eczema is breaking out! But, this is what we have so far: Things done: -ordered bridal gown (ordered at trunk show in April) -purchased TTD gown -deposit placed for resort -deposit placed for photographer -booked travel/honeymoon -bridal misc purchased=shoes, flip flops, hair flower, spanx -purchased FI's suit -misc OOT bag items=playing cards, personal fans, keycard/tip holder, beach towels -finished some of DIY projects=program fans, shell bout's for groomsmen, "bling" strands for huppah decor -purchased pail for flowergirls -purchased shells for ring bearer -purchased flip flops for unprepared guest for ceremony/reception -boarding pass Save-the-Date's sent -purchased MOH/BM gift totes -emailed groomsmen to get fitted for linen suits -engagement session scheduled for next week thursday (EEK! I'm so nervous about this!) Things to do: -LOSE 10 POUNDS -Passport invitations -DIY floral/floating strands for huppah decor -purchase our wedding bands -decide on flowers and table centerpieces -purchase bridal jewelry=earrings, bracelet -book welcome/rehearsal dinner -purchase gifts for MOH/BM/GM -choose songs and make playlists My list can go on and on... this is just the tip of the ice berg of things I need to do! I thought I had everything under control!! I did give my MOH and BM their choice to choose anything they want to wear, I gave them the color swatch, and let them loose. I trust my girls to choose their own styles. But I am a little worried that they have not started to look for their dresses, aqua and coral is a spring/summer color, and with our wedding in january, if they procrastinate, they won't find anything during the winter. GRRRRRR But, I won't stress myself about that.. I have other things to stress about! Just to update my list: things DONE and i can cross off the list: -Purchased my bridal jewelry -decided on guest table centerpieces -lost 4lbs--6 more to go -purchased our toasting flutes -Took TTD to a seamstress who's a family friend to get altered. -My dress finally came in and my first dress fitting is scheduled on 8/29/09!! And to update my BM and MOH dress' I was losing sleep with the whole BM dress subject. So i took it to my own hands to do the searching for them. SO, This weekend, I found the perfect BM dress that has both of our colors-aqua and coral. It was on sale at Macy's so i purchased all 5 of them. So, this week, i have to drop them off to the girls to for them to try on. Hopefully they fit. But, the good thing is, it's totally alter-able. WHEW!!!
  5. OMG!! I"m such a bad mommy!! I've been so busy trying to plan this wedding.. I totally neglected my FUR BABY!!! All of my sitters will be in Cabo for the wedding!! YIKES!!! My neighbor actually does a doggy day care.. But, She's (my neighbor) is so hyper whenever she see's my pooch, he gets super excited and starts to jump all over the place! Mind you, he only does that with her, and he's an 85 lbs pittbull.. What should I do?

I don't think i have enough time to try and figure it out on my own, i have a list of other DIY projects to do.. I searched on etsy.com for shell bouquet's.. pretty reasonable prices for what it is. But, i may just stick to real touch flowers.
