I have always loved polka dots! I am actually using them for the invites for my daughters bday. I never thought of them in terms of weddings though - I like it!! I dont know where you find the bridesmaid dresses for your blogs but again, I LOVE them

I get bitten VERY easily too - got tons of bites in the US this year - ugh... But I have been to PV twice now and have never gotten bitten and thats in the jungle, on the beach, in December and in May Hoping that the streak continues!!

I drove by it everyday last week when I was in PV on the way to our condos. We all would comment on how nice it looked. Its a really cool looking property and has a neat area of palms next to it. I looked at the website too since it looks so nice but it was pretty pricey. I would definitely stay there if I could afford it

Gorgeous Mishka! Just amazing. Its hard to pick a favorite - its all so beautiful! I too love the dance floor - wow. Also I LOVE the talavera shot glasses - what a great favor! We got some talavera tiles on our first trip to PV and I think its an awesome souveneir. Love the tequila tasting and the cards the guests filled out. The sundae idea was such a neat touch. I better stop now or I will go on and on! Great work!

Totally by email They were quick to respond and good at responding in English so that made it easier I emailed so many restaurants to either never have them respond or respond weeks later, which I know is normal but it drives me nuts so really wanted to work with a place that I could reach easily. The main guy I worked was named Victor - I am going to try to meet him next week when I go visit. I think the restaurant is next to La Palapa on the beach. One other place that we almost used was called Chez Elena - there was some issue with their email server so it took about a week to hear back from them each time I emailed and ultimately thats what made me decide on El Dorado but their prices were similar and it had a neat rooftop bar for drinks prior to dinner. Let me know if there is anything I can check out for you while I am there in person next week - would be glad to help!

Thats a great price - sounds perfect! Ours is $200 pesos for dinner (appetizer (chips, guac, salsa, black bean dip), choice of soup, mahi mahi or fajitas, and then an after dinner coffee drink. Drinks are extra - we are limiting it to margaritas and beer so that things dont get crazy expensive. They are giving us 10% off all drinks though. A margarita is $500 pesos and a beer is like $2.50. There is 15% addded for service onto this but tax is included. I am happy with the pricing - just hoping the drinks dont get out of control (we have some drinkers!). They are also giving us special pricing for childrens meals as we have three kids going. I have yet to eat there though - going to PV next week for a long weekend so am going to check it out then. Hopefully we like it since we are already committed! ha! They have been great to work with - super responsive and good at answering my questions so that helped make the decision to go with them too since I am organizing the welcome dinner myself (vs with a wedding coordinator).
