Table numbers: Maraca tags to go with my wonderful maracas from Mishka  More on those to come in Wedding Review! Drink Menu: Luggage tags – printed everyones name and address on back and sent them in one of my brochures (see below!) Ordered these off ebay as well. Meet the Guests Brochure – boy this was a pain but I think it was really appreciated by the guests. Welcome Books for each condo (we all stayed in same complex) – had everyones room numbers, condo phone numbers, maps, event schedule, etc. These were a lifesaver!

Well, I was married December 5th and finally doing my planning post! Whoops! Anyways, this forum has been a complete life saver to me! Almost all of the the ideas for my wedding has come this forum and I just wanted to say THANK YOU!! I wanted to share what I ended up doing in case it might help someone else with their planning. Thanks to everyone who I “borrowed†from – I didn’t write down all the names but know that Andi, Lauren, Marie-Sam, Kate, and Mel were just a few whose ideas I used  Thanks to all of those I didn’t mention too! The PV brides in general were a huge help and I loved the PV forum! I sent out save the dates magnets from Vista print before I got into this forum so they don’t really follow my “theme†like the rest of the projects. I don’t have a pic of them either  so on to the next project! I think the passports were my first big project. I did them as a mailing to everyone to tell them about the area, what we had planned, hotels, etc. Then I started working on a bunch of DIY projects for the OOT bags and wedding itself. Matchbooks – I got the idea for these from the Offbeat Bride website: Here are the napkins – ordered these on ebay: Invites I made myself:

We did it at the courthouse a few weeks before our wedding in PV. Dont remember the date b/c the real wedding was the one in PV. It will work fine like that!

I got an email from her yesterday - she did my wedding on Dec 5th and she is AWESOME!! So sweet too Her assistant Marcella is very sweet as well. If you can email her in Spanish, you will probably get a response sooner as I think she has to have Marcella translate them for her and that likely takes a little more time..

I attended Mishkas event there - it was really pretty! Huge area for events - big grassy lawn right by the ocean (I mean ON the ocean!). I thought it was really neat. I dont know that there will be anyone that has had a wedding there as I *thought* they just started doing events there but I could be wrong... I would email Mishka - she could give you the scoop! (also shes a great coordinator/designer if you are looking for one!)

I was lucky enough to go to the Martoca opening - it was sooo fun! It was great to see the different displays/vendors - we had a great time. And of course, Mishkas areas at the event were A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Seriously, her work is just awesome - everyone was raving about it. And Charme's cakes were beautiful - love the one in Mishkas area

Everything looked beautiful! We got married in PV last week too and stopped by the Mayan to check it out since some family was there - it was really neat. Thats so great that everything went so smoothly - you looked beautiful!

Looks great!! I am typing this on the plane to PV right now! I am also getting married Dec 5th at a villa in Conchas Chinas We have the same colors - orange! I have the same OOT bags as you (the orange ones!!) ha! Good luck and maybe I will see you around town!

Mishkas the woman for maracas!! They do an AWESOME job with them so I would send her an email She is doing some for my wedding too Mishka - love the maracas - I too love the lace design And I like how you did certain letters in different colors on the menus - cool touch!

I would second the wedding coordinator recommendation. They can really help you find a caterer and then work with them to find something in your budget. They know who is good to work with/reliable and can help coordinate all of that - I found that its really hard to do that all on your own since it takes so long to get responses back from here for many places.
