Hey I have another question for you guys I ordered the dress in ivory (so its not the champagne color you see but what color bridesmaid dresses do you think would look good with it (I haven't chose any wedding colors yet) I was thinking a soft yellow possibly

I finally found my dress and am sooooooooo excited. That dress looks really pretty on you, definately get it!

You can book your date now but they will only hold it for 30 days unless you have a room booked and can finalize it. ROR is very popular for weddings and lots of people have great things to say about it. If your looking for something a bit fancier Riu Tropical Bay (in Negril) just became a Palace resort and is supposed to be really nice. There are alot of reviews on these resorts with pictures you can check out Congratulations by the way

I booked my wedding date today and decided on the 1pm ceremony time at ROR. What times are you girls going with ? Is the weather more clear etc at a certain time of day? Thanks for your help

Ive heard Selena Wong cakes are beautiful..probably expensive... and Ive heard shes pretty hard to get ahold of, I think I read on here somewhere that someone was thinking of using her.

From what Ive heard ROR is a newer resort and very nice, I think MB is also a newer one as for Negril its alot older but the Tropical bay just got a full renovation and has become a palace resort which is a little more upscale.

If you go to the Jamaica Forum there are quite a few brides about to be married there in the next couple months so keep your eyes peeled for them..as for ROR there is TONS of information and a couple of newer threads on pricing etc.. Happy planning

So I was searching on Youtube for ROR Wedding Videos and tons of stuff came up. You can watch videos of the steel drum bands (and hear what they sound like) See live footage of the hotel and everything. Im pretty excited so I thought I would share

I was just trying to figure this out and went to Spence Diamonds (where we got my engagement ring) and the sales rep told me they run about 500-600 (they can go up of course) He said that's pretty average though What a relief !
