I love spin class!!! I need to get back into it!!! Although I do enjoy doing my Jillian Michaels workouts AT HOME!!!

I loathe cardio!!! I wish I didn't need it for weight loss....hehe!

Did the Biggest Loser Level 2 Cardio and my JM online program. I have a feeling I'll be sore tomorrow, but its my off day!!! YAY!!!

WOW! A big group...nice! I just had a healthy dinner of veggies and grilled chicken...let the weight loss begin!!

I bring low calorie lean cuisines, around 250 calories to work with a piece of fruit. Its easy and I have no excuse as to why I can't bring lunch. I also bring a yogurt, string cheese or almonds as a snack.

I went for the workout pants and tank top look. There was no way I was showing off my flabby tummy. I just got the Victoria's Secret swim catalog and there are lots of cute bikinis!!!! Motivation ladies!!!!

I completely agree, I think the brides should have been notified before hand. Wedding planning can be stressful at times and this is just another unnecessary added stressor.

I just spoke to my TA who responded to my email within minutes...what a breath of fresh air. She said they lost their best WC so things will be a bit chaotic. She is going to get the info from them and forward on to me. Thanks for the suggestions to reach out to the TA's!

Hi Ladies, Just called my WC again and was told people quit and they are overwhelmed with phone calls. I made a comment that yesterday I was told their email wasn't working and the gal didn't confirm nor deny that. I'm rather curious as to what really is going on there. I explained I have been trying to get ahold of her for the past week via phone and email with no response. I'll let you know if I get any other information. If anyone else is working with Suzanna, apparently she is still there.
