LOL that was adorable sounds like something my FI would say (if I worked out that is)... So I think I have you all beat I wear a 36DDD. Sports Bras are my issue... They don't even exist in my size. I guess the designers say hey if your breast are that big you prolly don't workout lol. Anyway I go to the Bali Playtex etc etc outlet store to get underwear, but I'd love to be able to pop in into VC to get lingerie. For me getting lingerie is a task that I have to prepare myself for. It does help that these things run in my family so we usually go to the outlet mall as a group to goof off while we're bra shopping. My gma actually had reduction... The rest of us aren't ready for that yet. LOL.

Hey Ladies Sapphire I told my FL what you said, then we looked Ballys up on Eopinions omg... There were soo many complaints about contracts and issues with $$. My FI is spending the day looking at different gyms for us (I'm at work). He's looking a planet fitness for himself annd for me too if they offer personal training but their website doesnt really say. And then he's going to go over to Ballys to sit down and look at the contract. There's this exclusive gym here that I want to go to but we really can't afford it so we'll see what happens. At any rate I'll be starting at some gym Tuesday....

I am doing a cruise wedding and since we are not allowed to take irons one of the things we took last time that worked well were travel downy wrinkle release. We will put those in our OOT bags. Also electrical cords and bungee cords for ppl who have balcony rooms so that they can keep the balcony doors opened. Then night lights for ppl with inside cabins as they ger dark at nite as well.

Hey Guys I did pretty well today. My FI (oh by the way I have a FI now... we got engaged New Years Day Yay... Now I'm not just some gf planning a wedding lol) and I are joining Ballys. He talked to someone on the phone last night so he will be joining Saturday and I'll join Monday (bc I have to work this weekend). So hopefully by the weigh in after next I'll see some results. I was really upset that I weighed in 3.5lbs over what I've been for the past couple weeks. Oh well I'll get there. Ann my FI was just saying that you are an awesome person for organizing and handling all of this and I agree. So Thanks. TTFN

Hey Ladies I'm not as excited ab this as others bc I still haven't joined a gym or started a serious diet. When I got on the scale today I have gained an additional 2 lbs. It may be that Coldstone's Sinliss San Fat Sweetcream I had tonite. I don't know for sure but I better lose it overnight. My FI is taking me to a gym either Monday or Thursday evening so in two weeks by our weigh in hopefully I'll see a change of some sort lol. Also quick question. How late is too late to send in my pics etc? My FI leaves out for work like 2 hrs before I get up and he has rehearsals (he play in a band) on Wednesday nites so I don't know how late he'll be in. He usually gets home ab 9-9:30 so is 10 too late to send in my pics? Also we're gong to play around with it tonite but it seems that due to the flash there is a glare on my weight so I don't know how well it'll show up...

Petunia I'll defintely show you pics after the wedding. Also if you go to my wc's site there are numerous pics of st thomas weddings it's Island Bliss Weddings. I'm sure if you research other wc's they''ll have pics as well. I only know this because when I was trying to find a wc I looked at the pics on the different wc's sites lol. Good Luck.

My wedding is in St Thomas but we are cruising there with Carnival. We are working directly with a Carnival Personal Vacation Planner who we have worked with in the past as well as a WC in St Thomas. Although our wedding is a little different than you all's, early on we made the decision to work directly with Carnival and we have an awesome PVP who keeps us up to date on all prices changes etc. It almost feels like she doesn't work on commission lol. A few years ago we tried to book a vacay with 2 different TAs who are family friends and decided that their prices were way higher than we could get online etc also like you said they were always vacationing/traveling (sometime together haha). We then found our PVP and feel like we want to do every vacation on Carnival bc we love her so much. I don't ever want to book any vacay with anyone but here. We are even considering cruising for our honeymoon bc we just know how easy it is to book with our PVP and she knows exactly what we want. Back to the topic I'd find a way to fire her w/o paying that $$$. I am so opposed to paying for horrible customer service. The service is sometime more important than the product in my opinion. Good Luck. Sometimes you have to be a bit of a Bridezilla and stay on her to make sure that what you need gets done.

My issue was that since they are putting out soo much $ to come to my wedding the least I could was pay for a excursions? But I'm paying for a tour after the wedding the wil be over $1000 based on how many ppl we have so that'll have to suffice. I love this site bc I can discuss things with you guys that I would never bring up to my bridal party or family lol, and everyone on here understands where I'm coming from. Thanks everyone

Hey Petunia She did mention Lindquist as well but we haven't really made a decision. ut U'm thinking that Brewer's may not be the best idea. If you had to pick any beach there that offers a quiet laid back atmosphere with shaded areas which would you choose? I have decided no for St Peter's. We will be cruising to the island so i won't be staying anywhere lol. I was gonna book a hotel room but my wc says that bc of the late check in times it would almost be pointless. So I'll unfortunately just have to get dressed on the ship. I really didn't want to do that but oh well lol,

Yes I was in St Thomas this past September and loved it. I don't know exactly where the wedding will be. I wanted Lime tree beach but my wc said that there's a big party there on Tuesdays so we're looking at Brewer's Bay. You were correct the wedding is 11/10/09. Reception is still up in the air my wc says that we should just do rum punch champagne and cake on the beach We are gonna have a tour with sunny liston following the wedding. We may end the tour with dinner at a rest... I'm waiting to hear back from my wc with prices for dinner. What are you doing? I have no idea how many ppl are going. I want it to be about 30 ppl but we're ordering 80 invites so we'll see how many people rsvp after the official invites are sent out. Most of our group has visited our website so they know all ab the trip but only Brian and I are currently booked.

Hey Ladies How many shore excursions are you booking for your group and how many days is your cruise? Our cruise is an 8 day Caribbean cruise that visits five islands and I technically have only booked (well my wc is booking it) one tour and that is in St Thomas. It will occur immediately after the wedding. But I was thinking I should book at least one more tour/excursion on another island. We are in PR the night before the wedding so we plan to go clubbing as the bachelor/bachelorette party and I really want to spend the day in Antigua with my new husband. But I could schedule something for Tortola or Nassau. But I kinda wanted people to choose the excursions that they wanted to do on their own. Maybe I could choose a day that we're on an island for a while so we could do the group thing early then ppl can have time fore themselves. What do you all think? Thanks in advance for your help!!!!

Hey I think the newsletter is a great idea. I plan to send one as well maybe 2 months prior to the cruise. Right after balances are due. Many of my friends are first time cruisers so the newsletter would be perfect for them. But I also have a website that everyone can view as often as necessary.
