  1. Yay for a beach concert!! Thanks Tifuhhknee for the info for Dee and I!! Question: I thought you couldn't book El Patio until you got to the resort? Has that changed? Jacy sent my a pic of how they can decorate by the adult pool...its quite nice.

(Mom-in-law asked for there not to be a mariachi band.....)

Please remember the use of a golf cart is mandatory and the rental fee is $35 USD per person in a shared cart.[/color] So even with the green fees taken care of, we're still looking at $70 USD just to get a morning time and a cart, nevermind the cost of club rentals. Booo. I saw $35 and got super duper excited that the "PP" didn't register. Boo its right!!

  8. We have our game scheduled for 9am so hopefully w can finish before it gets too hot!! It was -33 this morning in Calgary..so I'm ready for hot!!! Not sure about the cost though for renting clubs/cart. I know that you have to rent a cart....no walking. I got some new pictures from Jacy....I tried to post them and it didn't work. I'll try again!!
  9. I received an email from Jennifer, the chief concierge today about booking golf times. Here is her email address if anyone is interested. ([email protected])
  10. Ginalyn- Sure, no problem about the template. Any thoughts on my idea of long table in the gazebo?
  11. Mylene-I am so excited for you!! 6 days....hurray!! Ginalyn-I have been going through old posts from the very beginning.....your review is so great...its one of my bookmarks!! Can you send me your oot bag template? I can't open it....which is strange b/c I can open everything else. Also: do you think it would be possible to have 1 long table in the gazebo for our reception? Buckeyegirl8-I can send you the wedding guide via email but as echo said, it might be best to get the newest one. Janna

I am SOOOO excited, I get to marry FI on our 8th anniversary! Congrats!!!

  14. Hi all- I'm so sorry I've been so quiet!! My Christmas organizing is all done and I am back into wedding mode. Jacy and I have been exchanging emails on flower arrangements, they have an offer on free golf so booked that for the day before the wedding which is now 69 days away!! I have been impressed with Jacy so far....she takes about 2 days to get back to me. I can't wait!! Mylene...you're up next. Hurray!!!!!

Hiya Badrianne I can't open this but am so excited to see it!!! Can you PM me or I can send my email address? Janna
  18. Gals- if I am getting my hair/makeup done with my package, when should I schedule my appointment time and who should I talk to? Janna Ps. Anyone have any info if the resort has a shuttle that can pick up our guests?
