"We stayed in room 750 which was a normal room but with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The 7th floor is priviledge club and it is very nice. The upgrades are expensive but we were happy with what we got." Mylene- anything above the 4th floor is good then for the ocean view? Love love your pics.....stunning my friend!!

I just re-read a earlier post from marringhimagain around #144 and she explains that the HM is like a standard room but with a Jacuzzi outside. Not as nice as the standard rooms. I think I'm going to ask for the Preferred Club for the 2nd week maybe.... Dee- Do you know if you are the only wedding on your day?

What I did, with the GM was use my upgrade form air canada, the upgrade from the resort for the group and everything I was not using from my package to go towards the room. What that gave me is going from the garden to marina and then marina to ocean view and then we got a discount that we use for the priviledge club, that is to be on the last floor. The suites seemed nice but I dont know who pays for them wow. Furthermore , the ocean view was breathtaking but noisier then the marina view. We found the privilege club upgrade to be worth it. Let me know if you have any other question and agian , I am still working on my complete review and also trying to post pictures! My family was on the third floor with no one above them around room 311 and they had a nice quiet view of hte marina NOT on the restaurant, just beside. If I go again I will ask for those instead! Talk to you later Mylene- did you talk to the GM before you got there then to settle all the upgrades?

This was a quote I saved from an old post. Did anyone ask for an upgrade instead of the room for the groom? I thought it was you Ginalyn!! I heard back from Gabby and she quoted me $1000 a night for the master suite!! We already have the deluxe Ocean View room so is the master suite the only other upgrade they can give?

You can click on "Search this thread" and search for spa menu or something like that. It should pop up! Good luck! Update: I just looked it up. Post #856. Good to know Ginalyn, that's what Chris and I have booked right now! A gal on the Dreams FB site said that floors #4 and 5 have really big balconies too!

Ya....Echo and I need to help you so you are not anywhere close to DT Calgary...its a zoo!

Hi all- SassyCass- that's great news, congrats. Did your TA help you secure El Patio too? I am still on the fence about where to have the reception and thought we couldn't book El Patio until we got there? Should I try and book it in advance gals?
