    I only have two plans set out depending on how many guests we have coming. Plan A- If we have a small number 20 or less I'm planning to have a rehearsal/ welcome dinner. Plan B- If we have a larger group over 20 I will have a get together for drinks/appetizers (pass out OOT bags and introduce everyone) very simple.

    Lauren, Your pictures looked great...your dad took them? Wow I'm sure that was a huge money saver. Did you move your reception inside...because I thought you were having an outdoor reception?I loved your cake it looked amazing from the pictures. Also how many people did you have in total...it looked like you had a bunch. Well thanks for posting your pictures again you looked amazing (loved the 2nd dress by the way).

    Thanks so much for the time and date confirmation chart...I believe I should be okay for my 6pm wedding. I couldn't get the file open and I believe I have enough pts and when I tried to save it it said the file was damaged.

    My TA has assured me that in April the sun will set 7pm, but you know how that goes. We shall see... another question I would love to see resort cake pictures if anyone would like to share. I really want cupcakes but I don't know if they will be able to accommodate my request.

    Mesita- I will cross my fingers for you and the hubby. I LOVE Houston however, it is hot hot hot. I now have a tentative date of April 17 @ 6pm does that seem a little late to anyone?

    I wanted to ask what type of rooms you ladies booked for yourselves during your stay at EPM and how long will you stay in Mexico (weeks, days, etc...)? Also for those brides who have already returned how was the food honestly... for myself and fi food quality and taste is a must. We even let our TA know that with our resort we were looking for one that served great food. Is it a hit or miss thing?

    Hey ladies, I just wanted to say that this thread has been very informative. I have not made a decision on where I want to have my dw, but now I am seriously considering EPM. From the wedding pictures I have seen I don't think I can go wrong with this resort. Quick question Mesita did you bring a pic down for your hair or did you just describe the look you were going for?

    I agree with all of the pp, marking your photographer as a guest will take care of your problem.

    I noticed that they had several specials, I too would like yo know how they work. I have posted this in another thread, but did not receive any replies. My question is can you combine 2 specials?

    Yes I think it would be best if you sent them to everyone, you may be surprised and people you think would not attend will. Let us know what you choose to do.

    Are their any past March brides for EDR , I wanted to know how the resort was during the spring break month. Were they busy, attentive, etc...

    HAs anyone recently been to the Karisma hotel website... it seems to have some changes and I am freaking out. 1. I only see 2 photographers now 2. They have listed new specials (under the specials tab), but I am confused as to how they will be apply. For example, could I combine the "it's all about the bride" with the group special. Someone please let me know whats your take on the new information TIA

    Quick question did your FI speak with your TA to get the adjustment or did he speak directly with the hotel to get everyone the lower rate?

    WOW Hey ladies, I'm a January 2010 bride and we have finally made a decision on our resort site... El Dorado Royale. I am sooooo happy with our decision.

    Yes we will be staying a few days after our guest and then we will be changing resorts. I had a feeling that my FI & I would be board at the same resort for a full week.
