  1. I also wanted to thank you for the info on the Selvatica company I think I may add the zipline excursion option for our guests.
  2. I am looking at getting two gowns from light in the box, I figure if I don't like one I have another one to wear and hopefully love. If I fall in love with both I can be a 2 dree bride...a win win situation for me.
  3. ladies thanks so much for pics and the reccomadations...I will be ordering 2 gowns from light in the box and will post pictures when they arrive. Thanks again
  4. Again this thread really has put me at ease, but knowing that another chocolate bride (Sensatori Bride) got married at my resort had no worries has helped me alot. I take good care of my hair so I know I can style my own hair the days leading up to and after my wedding, I was just worried about my wedding day but not anymore. Thanks ladies
  5. wanted to know from past brides what was served at your wedding reception? I am having a hard time choosing a menu.

To answer your question I am planning to have a symbolic wedding at EPM and I will use my ceremony date as the anniversary date.
  7. I personally like the zipline activity, but I am adventurous and love to seize the opportunity to do a fun activity like this while on vacation. If I have a larger young and active crowd I would zipline, but if I had an older crowd (grandparents, elder aunts and uncles...) I would choose the catamaran trip.
  8. oh wow I was just looking into using them for my wedding...thanks for this info.
  9. wow you and your hubby look amazing...I'm glad you will have photos you can cherish.
  10. I have noticed this trend and it is frustrating my wedding is in April and NO ONE has booked their reservations except for us. I am trying to light a fire under my guests but they just don't get how close the wedding actually is.
  11. I like the idea of getting clothes from Express, but I have a fear someone wont get their clothing purchased in time...we shall see.
  12. Sherry I love your veil its amazing... OP go with #2 its fab.
  13. wow ladies these are all great ideas, I really love the amazon website I forgot you could get items like this. Thanks
  14. I love this idea I haven't really decided on what I want to put in my OOT bags yet
  15. Hey ladies I am also getting married in April 2010 the 17th to be exact, it is nice to know that others have a long list to do as well. I spent the majority of Christmas day ensuring my relatives and future in-laws that I could pull this off and everything would get done.
  16. Jen I hope your wedding day was amazing... hurry back with positive reviews and pictures. Yes don't forget the pictures.
  17. Wanted to say hey to all the newbies welcome and I hope you find all the information you are looking for. I have a quick question for the past brides, if you had relatives stay offsite where did they stay. I have a lot of guests who would now like to stay off of the resort to save money. My guest know they do have to pay a fee to attend the wedding, but they still feel they will come out ahead by booking a room elsewhere. If you have any information about this let me know (hotel name, taxi fees, etc). TIA
