ok, I just have to say that I have been following for the last week and 1/2 and have lost 7.4 lbs in the first week!! My family and I started a biggest loser competition and hubby and I thought that we would follow this again. So far, so good!!!

OMG!!!!!! haven't been around in forever and it seems like I've missed all the fun! Tonight, I am going to read back all the threads cause I miss you ladies!!!

thanks for the recipes Amy, I will have to check them out later. We had a not too bad weekend, but not great. Tomorrow is another day!

recipes would be great. I ended up having a salad for lunch today, which was fine. Not sure about dinner yet though.

ok so we caved and each got a bb curve - IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm only on day 2 of using it and still figuring things out. OMG, so addicted already!!!

ladies!!! I've missed you all so much! Life is crazy right now and I barely have time to check on BDW at home or at work. I can't offer any bra advice as my aunt made my dress and sewed one in for me. great to hear about a great bra cougs - it's nice to see that there's something good out there finally!! I am so struggling with weight right now, it's ridic. I want to lose, but I just can't get motivated enough to do it. UGH! Am I the only one in the boat?
