Any chance anybody can recommend a good live band closer to Tulum, Riveriera Maya?

We are going... Wedding in two weeks and i don't know what to do re music... any suggestions would be a HUGE help... Anybody knows of a good cover band to play for the dancing part of the night? I saw Vertigo mentioned by have no idea how to get in touch with them (searched and search the web but didn't come up with anything)... Any others that people liked? Would love to have them play a good mix of cheesy '80s, curent top 40 and any other requests... Also, what about music during the ceremony? Many thanks!!!!

I am thinking of going thru with it as welll but am hearing all sorts of horror stories of people quarantined in Cancun and not being able to get back to the US... Can anybody please deny them so i can go forward with everything in peace...

Hi there, anybody getting married at Ana y Jose in the next few weeks - my wedding is not till May 30th but with all the hoopla about the swine flu am getting a little nervious and people are dropping out... Any thoughts?

Hi San Fran Sarah and the rest of AYJ brides... I am getting married at the Beach club on May 30, 2009 and plan to complain abou the $200 outside vendor fee - i think they are making PLENTY of $$ on us and could move a little... Cheers, Irene
