Once again I apologize for any inconvenience Christa. Â I do a lot of destination weddings around Mexico and every client's situation is different so travel fees conditions are negotiated and revised before any contract is signed. Negotiations depend a lot on the venue and their outside vendor fees or several other particular situations of my clients. Â In the email I sent you, I first mentioned that I booked a destination wedding in Barcelona, Spain on a very close date to your event, this is why I would take my family with me and be absent from the country. I did not say I was just leaving for vacation. In addition, as long as a contract is not signed and a down payment has not been made, the wedding date is not officially booked. Â Once a couple has booked me, signed a contract and sent a down payment, there is no way I would not respect a date and have a potentially devastating conduct as you suggest, unless a personal tragedy or Act of God happens, and also in these case, there is a re-inbursment procedure. Â
