Does anyone have suggestions on the best way to communicate with the WC at Barcelo? I have sent emails, but so far there haven't been any responses. Can anyone tell me if there seems to be communication barriers by phone? I would appreciate any feedback! I am starting to get a little antsy!

Hello! My name is Joni! Of course, I am new to this, but I joined in hopes that some of you might be able to give good ideas or advice. We are getting married June 10th at the Barcelo Maya Tropical Resort in Playa del Carmen. I am looking forward to hearing all of the good and not the not so good things that I need to be prepared for while continuing to plan my wedding!
