  1. Jogged 5 miles this morning and hopefully I sweated off the strong alcohol and more. Busy day ahead and won't be able to work out at lunch or after work.
  2. Power yoga at lunch. Taking it easy today but I need to jog off the "Blue Baja" I had at happy hour when I wake up!
  3. Had a 7:30 a.m. meeting and jogged 3 miles before heading into the office. I would have liked to do more. Sweated like a pig in the body blast class at lunch and I am done for the day.
  4. I haven't officially asked my dad but he IS walking me down the aisle. That will be a very special moment for me and him.
  5. New dress is beautiful! Do you have pictures of the old dress? It looks fine on the model and I am curious.
  6. Hi Joseph, Keep us posted on the group/bulk discount. I am interested in ordering scarfs as my wedding gets closer. Thanks! We are a wholesale company, but I am happy to help and of the brides-to-be on the board with scarf or evening bag purchases for their bridal party or whatever. I also greatly appreciate the kind words Simistar had in a few posts, we are a family business and pride ourselves on our quality and service. The faux pashmina scarves on our site are the best quality there is after exhaustively searching all over china for the right fabrics and factory and it is nice to hear someone appreciate that. Anyway, I don't want to come off as some kind of spammer, if any of the ladies have any questions just let me know and I would be happy to help you out. Would probably just be best to post here for others to see as well as shoot me a pm, I am a single boy so I am not really spending a lot of time on wedding planning forums right now, lol. Oh, and who is the person running the show, I would be happy to maybe do some kind of group buy or forum member discount if I get the blessing from them, I know how expensive these weddings can get and I am happy to help out in these tough times. Anyway, thanks again for the kind words about my business, Joseph
  7. Congratulations!!! We had a blast in PDC on vacation/scouting trip and it was a no brainer going back to get married there.
  8. What does the back look like? I like the chiffon material and in fact I am considering getting another dress with that material. Yes, you can do it!
  9. Kiehls is probably a little more expensive but maybe worth a try. Go to one of their counters and ask for a sample. Eye-Area Preparations | Kiehl's
  10. Congratulations to you and Jared! Very nice pictures and thanks for sharing. Question, I really like your sand ceremony with the picture frame. Can you tell me where I can purchase a similar frame? Thanks!
  11. Clutch #1 without any hesitation! Love the colors. Think about it this way, you want some colors wearing your wedding dress since you won't be carrying the bouquet and you are having a destination wedding! Party time!
  12. The only downside to this reception venue is the restaurant does not have space for a dance floor or DJ. There is live Music Friday night (easy listening) and you can go dancing at the clubs nearby after dinner.

  14. Several things in this show I find helpful: 1. Aisle of Shame - It shows how much the bulging bride eats in a week and the visual of all the trays really sticks in my mind. We all tend to take comfort in food under stress. 2. Shape Analysis - Apple/Pear/Rectangle? I am sure most people would love to have a an hour-glass shape. 3. Future Vision - Great reminder of not letting yourself go after the wedding. 4. Dress fitting - Great tips on how different styles of wedding dress is supposed to fit.
  15. Did upper body strength training today before heading back home from work. Planning to jog tomorrow morning and Sunday.
  16. Jogged 5 miles this morning and was too wiped out after work for the gym. Hoping to catch up on strength training tomorrow.
  17. Had to work long hours today. All I did was step aerobics. Will make it up tomorrow.
  18. Waiting till tomorrow to take a shower after 4.5 miles this morning? Stinky!!! Just kidding!!! Enjoy your bridal shower! I am sure you will smell good. 19. You can also consider buying sample dresses or preowned. There are many online stores you can check out and here's one of them. Used wedding dresses. Buy & sell new, sample and used designer wedding gowns
  20. Jogged 4.5 miles this morning before heading into the office, yoga at lunch and worked on chest after work. I was getting lazy and starting flipping through pages of magazines instead.
  21. I have been a Hello Kitty fan since I was a kid. That is so cute! Crap! Think I am too old for this.
